They only had 2 people on the floor and the one in the Isle was great. I was told that ask the cashier for a 15% coupon. Got to the check out and the checker had no idea.. after staring at him he was like ohh you want me to find for you... granted he was like 16 so he is starting out. But the customer service representative said. Tell her we are out After spending over a hundred dollars there and to hear that. Plus my time cause that store has absolutely no organization. And I feel like I should take my stuff back make it a return and go online. I will think about this next time my grand babies want a toy. They lost their fun to be a toys r us kid.

Had to leave a 5star because I loved this store so much. All the Toys R Us in Milwaukee were fantastic. I have so many childhood memories here, just like the song used to say From bikes and trains, to video games they had everything for kids of any age. As we got older we still brought the new generation of kids for THEIR toys. It was truly a shame to see these stores go, Im sure theyll be missed by many. Ive recently read an article about someone taking over the brand name and possibly opening on a much smaller scale, but it remains to be seen how much truth there behind it. **Fingers Crossed**

Such a shame all if the Toys R Us locations are shutting down. This was always a great treat to go to when I was a kid and now with my kids. I will always be a Toys R Us kid. But this location was great. Always had great selection and employees were always helpful.

Best place to toy shop. Selection cant be beat. Im always amazed at the things they have that no one else does. I can easily spend hours here just browsing.

Shame this place will be just a meme! Like any good toy store it had what you needed. A part of me felt sad for those employees and wish them luck in their future endeavors. You guys were great. Really.

Poor store was a train wreck when it came to staff and check outs... The holiday season is going to be rough for them. Long lines, untrained staff, manager was doing her best.. Merchandise was well stocked and looked great. Just no one register trained

Prices are high. Some employees dont seem like they care for their job neither. You would think employees here would know how to help a kid find a toy. They seemed more interested in congregating at customer service.

Now I remember why I shop online for grandkids presents. So. Much. Stuff! Not well organized, nothing terribly unique, everything overpriced. I was looking for a tote bag or messenger bag for my grandson, but not only could I not find one, the store employee I did manage to find, couldnt find one either. Not a fun shopping experience.

The entire company is forever closed in 13 days. Great while it lasted. Huge sales on whats left

Great selection of toys (obviously). They had a lot of Peppa Pig toys that werent available on Amazon or at Target. Probably not the cheapest place to shop.

Great service!!Was able to return a water slide for a new one. No questions asked, they just made it happen. Five star friendly service!!!

There so many more options here and its so much mite fun for my kids to look through the toys to figure out what they reallywant instead of guessing.

Employees are friendly. Take your kid on their birthday and let them know at the customer service desk. Theyll get a balloon, paper crown, and an announcement over the PA. Toys are almost always cheaper at Target and Walmart, but they selection is amazing. If youre looking for a specific toy, they probably have it.

We were looking to buy Barricade for our eldest son turning 12, who is a big Transformers fan, but ended up buying another Decepticon that they had. ToysRUs carries a lot of toys and is centrally located in Brookfield, WI. The outdoor name board lights are out due to a malfunction as the service staff told us. Dont miss it in the darkness!

With ALL Toys R Us in this area closing I wanted to make sure my Granddaughter was able to use her gift card before it was too late. That being said I Googled the store closest to us the night before and found in all caps STORE CLOSING SALE STARTS TOMORROW EVERYTHING ON SALE Perfect I tought. The parking lot was full, Im thinking shelves are going to be getting empty. BIG signs in windows EVERYTHING 30% OFF walking in I see right away signs that say whats NOT on sale or marked down so thats Not Everything!! And as we are walking around all Im seeing is 10% off, but all these signs say 30% off everything?? So I started talking to some other shoppers who also questioned this and were told its up to 30% off well good luck finding anything thats more than 10% off. Just a bit of deception in their advertising right now. And if youre waiting for Diapers and or Wipes to go on sale they are NOT going to!!

It is closed. Sad day. We would go with my aon here to look at toys. Spend hours playing with items. Nothing quite like going in and playing with something before you deside to buy anything. Was always nice to do brand comparesend and check out quality vs brands. Also was seperated into sections of types of toys and ages. That was sweet made going in for toys for say a birthday for a kid you might not no what to get but you could go into am age appropriate section and usually come out a hero or just voted best aunt or uncle ever. Because you got the best gift of the night.

Not enough staff members working to ask for assistance. Most staff were at front of store by cash registers. Store was very clean and ailes did not have toys or anything blocking them.

Showed up for a free Lego event. Great way to get parents in the store to preview options for presents. Friendly staff.
