Bad customer service over the phone. Called them 5 times to order some stamps i needed everytime i call they transfer me to another person and that person never picked up her phone and there is nobody who can help me with that

Wonderful business with efficient employees

We had an outstanding bill that never made it to us. They turned it in to collections with no calls, didnt inform our Schwab salesmen, or email us, or fax us the bill. We had ZERO problem paying the bill if we had received it, but we never did. their very rude manager blamed us and told us we were at fault. We paid the bill and will never deal with this awful company again. Go to ebay and buy the same stamps for 1/10 of the price!Merlins Pest Control, former customer of Schwab
