Asked if they could look up a part for me and their internet was down. Wouldnt even offer to look it up on a smart phone device or suggest to me a link. I found a part I needed and had to compensate with what I guessed I needed and found something else instead. If you go to this location, they only have so much in their inventory so call ahead of time to see if they have it, otherwise order it if its online.

Good place to go for most needs and wants fir auto parts. People are friendly and bring an attitude towards helping and assisting. Also if you are short on a tool for momentary use then also stop by and ask and they will lend you a tool. Most vehicles parts are readily available or can be ordered in store or online. They bring many offers throughout the year and an active inventory helps in having a newer part being available rather than long stored ones. Located just next Walmart and I-29, it is a great place from the access viewpoint. Parking is a bit tricky to get into though never crowded. Staff is respectful and indifferent to who you are but willing to help. Will recommend this place!

Ive gotten multiple parts for my car here, and if they dont have it in stock they always have it shipped overnight. Staff knows their business, and theyre always willing to help. So far Ive had no problems returning parts.

I needed a battery put in a Prius on a sub zero temperature day. The employee had a positive attitude and installed the battery (pain on a Prius). I was very impressed.

This place is decent. I think the problems Ive had is universal for advance Auto parts. I received an offer via email and when I went to go get a battery and use that offer I was told its online only. Meaning I would have to go to my truck, Order the battery online, wait half an hour then come back and only then could I have the battery I needed. I love this place and their free services but I ended up buying my battery at Walmart for cheaper than I would have gotten from advanced Auto parts even with my 25% off.

They help me check my battery alternator were working. they are somewhat knowledgeable but if they dont know it theyre willing to help find the answer for you.

Yesterday, as I was driving around downtown, the coolant hose connecting to my radiator popped off, splashing coolant and billowing white smoke everywhere under the hood. That just about gave me a heart attack. Fortunately, I was close enough to Advance Auto to limp on over without undo difficulty, though I had to pull over once to avoid overheating the engine. Once there, I was greeted by two friendly technicians who confirmed the problem and managed to readjust the hose and hose clamp. After letting the engine cool for an hour, I refilled the coolant and drove back to Watertown without issue. Crisis averted! I will need a new radiator, but these guys saved the day for me. I’m a big fan of Advance Auto, and these employees go out of their way to help their customers....I highly recommend them.
