Wow is this place a cluster. The employees dont seem trained at all and rely on one really stressed out and nasty manager to do everything. Only go here if you can do self-service printing. One star for being conveniently located.
It was a short visit to pick up a package that has been rerouted from my home address. My visit was only for 20 sec. And the staff were able to complete the process smoothly.I have no idea why people posted negative reviews about this place. I didnt have a govt issued ID as I have recently moved in from India. It wasnt a problem at all. Just needed to show my CC statement as a proof of address.
I am very appreciative of the convenience and services at this location. Especially Edmond - seems like hes been there forever, always cool and calm in the most frenzied and rushed situations.
I dropped off an priority overnight (with Saturday delivery) at 7:20pm on Thursday. I certainly didn’t expect the package to go out until first thing Friday, but still for delivery on Saturday. Instead, it didn’t go out until after 5p on Friday, now for a Monday delivery. Judging from my inquiry, it was apparent that someone in this office just left it in the wrong bin. This is clearly unacceptable.
The man working behind the counter was very friendly and went above and beyond to help me! Would highly recommend this FedEx location

It is quite literally more difficult to get a package that is addressed to you here, than it is to travel during COVID. Couldn’t accept my passport or ID that both said my name on it to get a piece of mail I voluntarily had rerouted there. Customer service line provided different details than the store itself. When I asked why they couldn’t accept these forms of ID they said “we send things to places, not people”. It’s completely unrealistic to believe that everybody has a government ID with their actual address in a city, people move, and half the town is college students. Comical customer service and rules that are classist and unnecessarily difficult.
Got here at 2pm. My package was labeled and attached with the correct packaging information. All he had to do was scan it. Have used this branch on countless occasions.He was not fond of the envelope I used (it was a fedex envelope I have). He told me to buy another. Makes 0 sense.
Shady business. Worst customer service ever. Needed to insure an item. Information from website useless unavailable. Information from 800 number inaccurate. Information from store very conflictive. Employee would not allow me to see their printed guidelines. Nothing on paper or online. I will do business elsewhere.

I feel really bad for the staff of this place, theyre always working so hard when I stop in, and customers are always agitated with whatever their situation is like their package being delayed. The folks I go in for are in the copy and print center who always help me with my (sometimes complicated) printing needs. Theyre always great to me!
Very knowledgeable, friendly and detailed in answering my question. I was leery because of the google reviews but Tommy was so helpful and thoughtful in addressing steps for sending package, especially reassuring during COVID.
Ordered some prints online quickly on a Monday since I found online ordering to be easier to select paper details. The estimated time said a couple hours from the time I needed. I called to ask if it could be sped up and the lady who answered was kind and said she actually had just finished my order up and it was ready to be picked up. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast they completed the order between my clicking send and my phone call.
Seems like a highly unorganized location with under qualified staff. Was just trying to get a list of sticker labels printed and each time i spoke on the phone with someone they would ask for a different format (i initially sent an excel sheet, then called back and the other guy said pdf, then called back to check up on it and the other guy was saying they need an excel, this went on for 3 hours where id follow up and the next person who would pick up the phone had no idea what was going on ) and none of them knew what they were talking about. Three hours later and they still couldn’t follow up with me properly.Very unprofessional. Would not recommend this location if you’re trying to get something simple done quickly. Get ready to spend 3 hours on what should take 10 minutes tops.
I’ve gotten help here several times from Matt. He’s the kindest and most helpful team member at this FedEx. I really can’t say enough good things about him.
Expect sub par customer service if you ever have to do business here. I had a package held here and they were absolutely unwilling to budge on an extension to hold it, even for just an extra day! Initially (albeit after a bit of pleading) I was told by a Rep. named Matt that they would be willing to accommodate, only to receive a call the following day that they will not be able to honor that request. I spoke with the “manager” Tim who couldn’t care less about the expectations which were set by one of his own employees! So in short, avoid this poorly managed Fedex location, because they certainly don’t know what it means to offer good customer service, and will do whatever they can to not go out of their way for you.
Very unfriendly and rude
I needed to ship a small package to India and they said I needed to fill a Commercial Invoice and provided the form. The fedex employee completely misguided me with what needed to be entered in the form (saying I needed to enter the weight in the Unit of Measure field despite me asking if he was sure about that). Now the package is stuck in customs and I’m having to deal with submitting new forms and communicating with people remote. I spent over $100 for a 3 day delivery and it’s going to take over 10 days to resolve.
Very unsatisfied with the staff behavior. Very impolite and rude. Not recommended at all. I called the manager to complain about the staff behavior and the manager himself was even more impolite and aggressive toward me.

It is conveniently located but you have to be careful when asking for services. I basically paid twice as much for things I did not need so that staff can minimize his work. I am never returning to this store again.

The young girl-in her twenties? Is rude, unfriendly, has no ethics has horrible costumer service, not helpful at all, bothered if asked to help. She shouldnt be working in this field. Should be working by herself at her home.Definitely Not helping people. The Scanning service is quite Expensive, $9.00 for 1 page, 3 minute time.
The guy in charge (not sure if manager or franchise owner) is ridiculously rude, for seemingly no reason. A simple question turned into him shouting at me. Turns out he is a complete liar, and doesnt like when people find that out....I had a large package sent to this location because it was close to work and I needed to sign for it. The package was rejected by the location for damage so I called the 1-800 number, and they told me the package did indeed make it to this location, and was there for me to pick up.So, I went in to pick up the package and after a few minutes, an associate came to the counter to help me. The manager was at the register helping another customer. She took my information and asked him about the package. He got mad because I was interrupting the other customer (really? I asked someone else my question) and said Sir, that package is NOT here, and it NEVER came here. After a few more questions, I left because he just got angrier and angrier as I asked why the corporate representative was telling me something different. Ive never had someone at a store get so red-faced and literally start shouting at me like that.The next morning I was able to pick up my package from the Natick distribution center. Thats when it got interesting - someone there told me what really happened. Apparently, this guy at 1370 Beacon didnt want to keep my package in the store. So, he marked it Damaged when there were two staples loose in a 4-foot long crate, which means it gets returned to the sender. Then, for whatever reason, he felt the need to lie to me when I came in thinking I was going to pick up the package. Thankfully I was able to track it down and stop it from being sent back to CA, since there was actually no damage.My recommendation, head to the store in Chesnut Hill - they wont improperly mark your packages and then lie to your face!

I never write reviews but my experience at this store was beyond frustrating. I dropped off 2 boxes. These boxes had the same label so I was called to return to the store ( I will admit I didn’t know you couldn’t do this). So, I said I would and ask that they hold both boxes until I could return at which point I would consolidate them. They said fine. I returned 20 mins later. At which point they said they place one box on the truck going out tonight and I needed to purchase a new label for the second box. I explained I was told that they would hold both. The assistant manger took me to the truck got the box off the truck, however, then explained that since it had been scanned I couldn’t consolidate them into a bigger box despite the fact it would be the same label. He then assured me the price would be the same if I bought a bigger box as it would be to create a new label. I reluctantly agreed because I felt I was not getting anywhere explaining my point of view. And given the fact I was told the price would be the same. We went back inside to purchase the new label. The label ended up costing twice as much as the box when I pointed this out the assistant manger he just made excuses as to why the box couldn’t come off the truck. I explained I was past that now I’m angry that I was blantantly lied to about cost to get me to agree to something that was originally their error of putting it on the truck. Was offered no apology or compensation. Go anywhere else!
Terrible service! I can see why they have such low ratings! So rude and not accommodating at all when their printers don’t work. They tried to blame it on my card but my card worked fine at the Regis clearly it was their fault. One girl tried to help but wouldn’t let me print the rest of the copies I needed since it was 6 and they were closing. To print it would take 1 minute considering I had to wait for 15 minutes since their computers didn’t work or take my card and she let the guy cut me and made me wait until she was done with him to tell me she can’t let me print more and they’re closed. Tell me before you let the guy cut me that you can’t let me print more instead of having me wait.
I went in to send a package. A very helpful staff member assisted me with my box that wasn’t really meant for shipping. No wait time.

I had an awful experience at this store. I came in Friday morning and I believe spoke with the manager, who very kindly quoted everything out for me for my custom wedding invite order and told me how everything works. I let him know I would be back on Saturday to get everything ordered.Once I came in on Saturday the 2 employees were extremely rude to all customers who came in, no greeting, no response when customers addressed them. When I asked about printing and follow up questions, I was being treated like an idiot who is bothering them. Finally when I sent the files to print I was told to resend them and to my question why I was again rudely told “ i was literally just clicking them it didn’t open that is why I am standing here talking to you”. The last straw was when I mentioned that the manager told me this can be done in couple of hours the employee told me “I don’t care what they told you yesterday. I am closing in 3 hours so you can go to Staples if you feel like it”. At that point I just turned around and left.All of this after I was waiting for 25 minutes because one of the employees wouldn’t help me as he decided that I was being helped although I let him know I wasn’t,I haven’t had an experience like that in a long time- it really dampened my day. Needless to say I will not be doing any of my weddding printing here.
When I went in this store, Nicole was the only person working and there was a huge line. The phone was ringing, a guy insisted on cutting in line, and customers were agitated. Nicole dealt with it calmly and even offered to pack my package inside another box for me after the line dissipated. Later I went back and some woman was torturing her about the design of a flyer or book cover, and she also dealt with that extremely calms. All in all, a much better FedEx than the one with the jerky guy at the Boston University 115 Cummington Mal location!!!!
They cant even open on time, is it any wonder packages are treated the way they are? Its 8:55am on Saturday. The sign in the door, and their Internet page both clearly state their hours are from 9am to 6pm. Plenty of folks including a contractor scheduled to do maintenance have come and gone since Ive been here. I could set a few minutes, even a half hour, but an hour late? Disappointing.
While a chain, this is the most capable, respectful and efficient Fedex store Ive been too. I come often and am consistently treated well.
I have never written a review about this Fedex but today really crossed the line. I use this Fedex at least once a month and have had decent interactions and service up to this date, Valery + Tim have been really great. However, today Donyea (I apologize if this is spelled incorrectly) was not only rude but incompetent. From the second I walked in she was unprofessional and gave me a major attitude. Then she proceeded to do the job incorrectly and I have no doubt this was on purpose. There were 3 sheets to scan and she did one twice, on top of that she mirrored it so the writing was all backwards. I obviously had to drive back to have it re-done and another employer had to fix her work. Not only is that awful to a customer but to your co-worker! If she was only rude to me but competent I would have never written this, but to blatantly make an error and cause more work for your peers in my professional world would be grounds for firing. Absolutely awful customer service and inability to perform...
An employee, her name is Dawyne, is so rude and arrogant. If you read the recent reviews (within 1 month from my review date), you may see over 95% of review is 1 star. You may also see the expressions, like the young girl in her twenties, the short black woman, Donyea, and DAWYNE L., etc. --- these expressions are all for the same person, Dawyne. As many reviewers indicated, she is terrible and arrogant to the customers, and shows NO work ethics. I even felt like she is a racist.I went for shipping but after 5 minutes of talk with her, I just came out because of her. Terrible experiece. I read other reviews and found that most of the 1-star reviewes are because of her. If you live in Brookline, do NOT go to this Fedex, and also avoid to see her. I do not know why the manager of this Fedex store do not fire her, although almost all customers and google reviewes indicate how rude and arrogant Dawyne is. I think no one will go to this Fedex office again if he/she experience the rudeness and arragance of this woman employee, Dawyne.
Had a package sent here for pickup. On the day of delivery I found out they refused the package and had it returned to sender. I was not informed of any of this. Ground shipping across the country means they cost me two weeks (one week of shipping both ways) and that there is nothing I can do to avoid it. Avoiding at all costs in the future.
Brought a package there on Thursday afternoon at around 5pm. This was not scanned until Friday morning this making this package delayed and I was forced to issue a refund for a needy client. Wont be going here again.
This is a terrible store, avoid it. The employees are rude, unfriendly, slow, and not very bright. They are unable to answer even the simplest questions about stuff they sell, such as diffrent types of paper. And theyre not interested in pursuing your questions. If I could give ZERO starts, I would. Unless I **have** to pick up a package there, Ill never set foot in there again.
Had a poster printed, but they had put a crease in it. So I had to make my way back the the next day for a new print. Rather than giving the creased poster too they prefered to shred it. Oh well.
If you go to fedex in Brookline don’t go to DAWYNE L. because she’s a BRAT she tried to kick me and my friend out of the store for looking at merchandise even though we bought something!!!

Self service copiers broken. Manager pretended to care but was not very good at acting. Instead of taking a stack of paper and hitting copy button he gave the old I cant do it now. We were the only people in the store, except for the other employee who likewise could not push a button.
