I have experienced nothing but polite employees when I go here. Yes they may get you in and out kinda quickly, but they have numerous people to see on the daily. They were efficient and I am excited to pick up my new glasses! I have been going to this same location since I was a little girl(: Love it here

Had an exam today....first my appointment was at 3pm arrived around 245, I waited almost 10 minutes before anybody knowledge me...you have to check in first/ check temperature which is great...I notice an employee was done with a patient look up and went to back...another employee woman comes to me ask me can I help you...I said have exam at 3 she says you can go to the area have a seat.... the service for the exam was great...but to get prescription filled is HORRIBLE....once again the same employee I went to the front desk hes standing there nothing....didnt ask me nothing can I help you nothing....he walks away...then another employee came up and assist me ( tall blonde guy) which I told him Id once worked at Walmart Vision(Apprentice)... The employee who has HORRIBLE Customer Service(dark hair,glasses)I hope hes not the MANAGER!!!
Staff (Meryam) is professional, friendly, thorough, and Elizabeth went above and beyond dealing with my doctors office and insurance company as I needed special lenses. They have a great selection of frames and they are safety conscious.
Earlier today I went to Visionworks in search for new glasses. Michael warmly welcomed me in and assisted me with picking the perfect pair of frames. He also looked into many questions I had regarding my insurance. He even cleansed my current glasses and tightened the screws for me. I genuinely appreciated his kindness and superior customer service. I am fond of this location of Visionworks, and would recommend it, and Michael, to anyone!
Staff was pleasant and did their best to see to all my needs. Plus they do have a decent variety of frames and prescription sunglasses.

Good service in a convenient location. Doctor Tustan was fun and professional. The lady who sold me glasses was nice and helpful. They had a special going on at the time so the price was competitive, even compared to online. Will definitely be going here from now on.
Ive been coming here for over 10 years and its always been a great experience. Marlena assisted me this time around and she was simply amazing.Shes very personable and was very patient in helping choose the right glasses for me, not an easy task I might add, I have a small face and am pretty picky. I am very happy and recommend them to anyone needing new glasses.
Michael is the best!! I was there to try on some frames they had to order and make my final decision and Michael was there every step of the way...unpacking the frames, giving his expert opinion, and keeping us steady laughing! I would definitely stop in just to visit him and say hi. Patti is the sweetest, she genuinely likes what she does and it really shows. Her customer service goes above and beyond and is definitely appreciated by someone who works in it as well! Keep up the great work guys!
I brought my Mom in for glasses. Miriam was extremely courteous and helpful in helping us select frames. When we returned for her order, the woman who fitted Moms glasses ( I wish I got her name) really did a thoughtful job adjusting her glasses so they fit her just right and dont slide down or fall off. She answered all of our questions and even took the time to give Mom advice about adjusting to wearing bifocals. Thank you both for giving us such a wonderful experience. We will be back!

Horrible service. THEY TELL ME MY APPOINTMENT IS AT 10. BUT THE SITE SAID THEY DONT OPWN UNTIL 12. THEY DONT ANSWER THERE PHONES. AND RHWN ASK YOU TO WAIT A FEW HOURS AO THWY CAN SQUEEZE YOU IN. The exam office closes earlier then the store, they have their own hours. Beware as it is not listed on their website or entrance. Don’t waste your time like I have.
Been going here for a few years now as well as my daughter. I recommend this location, good staff and doctors. I have not had any negative experience at all. Open on weekends and close to home which is great for me. New job came with new insurance but it wasnt a problem cause they accepted my new coverage, they made the update swift and easy for me.
Walked in for an appointment. The staff got me in for an exam and contact exam. After I was finished the supervisor. I forgot his name was so friendly and willing to help. I will continue to use vision works. All around friendly people.

Staff is rude they sit behind the desk on personal phone calls while avoiding helping their customers. They made me reschedule my exam which I understood things happen, but then when I came in for my appointment and had to get rechecked for my contacts my son had ended up in the hospital I spoke to them on the phone and was assured everything would be ok when I came in to get my prescription they told me Id have to pay another fee even though I already paid for the exam and was told otherwise on the phone. They have no empathy yet expect it from their customers. I came to this location out of convenience but Ill never waste my money here again! The old bitter hags behind the counter should just retire

My wife and I have been trusting Visionworks at Ridge Park Square for our eye care for the past 4 years. In that time we have received excellent service from both the doctors and the opticians. In particular we would like to recognize Elizabeth and Meryam. These two women are very professional, friendly and patient. I have also interacted with Mike too. We were never rushed to make a choice of frames. There has never been an issue with the ready date for our glasses. In fact, we picked up our lenses today- 4 days ahead of the schedule pickup date. I give my enthusiastic endorsement to anyone to check out Visionworks as they accept a variety of Eye care plans.

Elizabeth is a great, professional person to work with. She allowed us plenty of time to look at frames for my husband. We did not feel rushed or pressured. When we expressed concerns about things we thought were unnecessary, she took the time to explain things without making us feel ignorant or as though we were “cheap”. She allowed us to make our own decisions about what we bought. She was careful and thorough. She made sure I was happy with the adjustments on my glasses, as well. We appreciate the time she took to help us today!
Called multiple times for an eye exams and placed on hold for 15-20 mins both times.. customer service seems adequate but repairs as simple as a screw replacement is all but impossible for them to do correctly. If not for their convenience and selection, Id never go back! Then again, I may not!

I spent $150 on an appointment and did not receive my contacts prescription.I was told it would be another $25 dollars for a follow up appointment. Although I was late for my follow up, I did pay good money for a service I did not receive.So Im out $150 dollars and have to go make another appointment elsewhere . I feel like Ive been robbed, and Im very disappointed with the situation.
Support staff was incredibly rude. One of them left someone standing out there and wouldnt come to the door, despite early appt. Then, was greeted by some girl, not with a hello, but with We dont open until.. and she said this right in front of the optometrist! The girl apparently didnt know the person had an appt. Some guy in a white lab coat and the other staff kept staring when someone accidentally walked to the wrong exit door (then have the door closer!) Rude all around.
Came in to pick up my products. Staff glared at me and spoke rudely. One woman glared so fiercely and when she realized my products were not there its almost as if her eyes lit up with joy so she could turn me away. Pathetic, truly. Try to do better in life! Be a good person! They should be glad to get business and if it wasnt for customers they wouldnt be getting a paycheck and so wouldnt be paying their damn bills so not quite sure where this attitude is coming from but I guess people need any reason to feel superior when they feel their lives suck. Never coming here again.
Experience was great but the quality of the glasses are cheap especially for paying out if pocket. Ive had better glasses for free!
I recently got a new insurance that LensCrafters did not accept and forced me to look elsewhere. I stumbled upon vision works at ridge. I was kindly greeted by Elizabeth and she was more than helpful with purchasing 2 pairs of frames. I felt comfortable and unpressured. After having a horrendous experience at Walmart vision her friendly demeanor made it easy to feel I was at the right place. She was informative, courteous and answered any questions I had without hesitation. I will be returning to this place and recommend it to anyone. The experience was more than satisfactory.

The office staff that handles insurance verification is rude! I actually wound up cancelling the appointment and rescheduling with a different provider because of her.
Terrible customer service. You get placed on hold for over 20 minutes. When you finally get a hold of someone they have a nasty attitude. Terrible woman answers. I have been going for a couple years but I am done. Ill find somewhere else
My glasses had a scuff mark with a scratch on them which they didnt have before they were sent out to have the lenses made. Either the lab that made the lenses or VisionWorks damaged the finish putting a scuff mark on it with a scratch on the front of the glasses on the bridge where people will see it. I also had some blurry vision problems with the glasses. The lenses were not made correctly or the prescription was not correct, I just had an eye exam a couple of days ago at VisionWorks in their store before I purchased the frames. I was offered to have another eye exam and the glasses remade but I choose to get a refund and went somewhere else and bought glasses, and also got another eye exam from their eye doctor.(Edited for an update on 11/14/2018)The owner of VisionWorks left a response to my review asking me to send my contact information and they would look into this, I sent an email and got no response from them, I resent the email again 11 days later. It has been over two weeks (16 days) and still no response from them.
I went to pick up my glasses and the guy sitting on the phone at the front desk completely ignored me and after i stared at him for a few minutes he held up his finger to shush me. screw that. i said excuse me im here to pick up my glasses and he shushed me again saying he was on the phone with a customer. i doubt it was a customer since his side of the conversation appeared very personal. what kind of customer service training do they teach their front desk employees? none apparently. i will never go there again and i will spread the word about their awful business practices. signed a FORMER CUSTOMER.

Ive been coming here for years and have never had an issue we had a small problem when they accidentally put my daughters glasses on my insurance allowance so I couldnt get glasses for this year they gave me a free pair of glasses because mine were snapped in half by my 2yr old and it was their fault that I could get new ones for free so they have been trying to fix the problem still and they are now letting me get a secondary pair for free because Im still not able to use my insurance thank you Elizabeth for all of your help in trying to solve this problem
