The workers take so long to approach you at the window for one, and for two, they say rude comments that are clearly heard. we’re giving service that goes to THEIR paycheck but with that customer service, a group of loyal customers will no longer be going there anymore. if i could put no stars and still be able to post this, i would.

Longest wait for fast food Ive ever had. We ordered two cappuccino blasts and have us there wrongs items after waiting for 20min. You can tell they dont wanna work there, lack maturity, any care and leadership. I hope Their lack of professionalism and care doesnt reflect back to cleaniness.

Ice cream melting all over my hands. Young people were too mad to serve cordially. It looks like they hate working there!6/262021 - Today the crew was different, very friendly, welcoming, and happy. The ice cream was perfect!

I drive for a food delivery service and came through the drive thru to place and pick up an order. They no longer carried an item the customer ordered so I had to contact them to find out what replacement they wanted. I already waited in line 10 minutes and asked if I could add on the item at the window. I was told, no. Instead, I had to go back through the drive thru once more and wait another 10 minutes. I know they couldve added on the item but felt the need to be obnoxious instead. They also handed me the smoothie with it pouring down the side and no napkins.

Drive thru line always takes forever and this is about the 5th time I’ve ordered a sunday without nuts due to an allergy and gotten the sunday with nuts.

Was there about 20 minutes ago. Had to walk out with nothing. We went in for ice cream cones. No one would acknowledge that we were there. Two employees were working at the drive thru window and pretended we weren t there. One was at the donut register and pretended we were invisible. A guy came in after us, got waited on and left. We were still standing there in front of the counter. We left. I dont miss it more than they missed me. Knowimean !!

Disgusting experience at this location in Brooklyn. All my wife wanted was brownies and cookie dough ice cream and they were somehow out of both. She decided to get a Reese’s peanut butter cup sundae and it was absolutely nasty. Way too much peanut butter. Place needs to do better. Especially when you’re open 24 hours.

Best coffee in town...extra cream, extra sugar is how I like it.Ohh did I mention the donuts...

Slow Don’t expect to get half of what you can at most ice cream shops. They are out of everything. 3rd bad experience at this location. I will not be coming back.

I come to this location quite often. Never really had a problem. But I got my usual order last night. I dont think it was the right flavor that I asked for and to top that off, as I bit into my cone I find a wrapper. Like who did not see this. What a way to ruin my night.

Always wonder why i come to this one, they always forget something for me. Everyone else is in and out while Im still standing there! Didnt think i was ordering anything unusual! People are nice and food is good, guess thats why.

Was amazed at the selection. I asked if it was true that they had over 50 flavors, and the employee, who went by the handle of VHS Rewinds presented me with an ice cream flavor named Rose. Sure enough, it tasted exactly like my departed grandmother. Well played, Baskin Robbins. Well played.

For the love of god, please, stay around the new people and help them out when they don’t know how to make something. My milkshake tasted like I was drinking 20 packets of sugar inside a ton of ice . It wasn’t the new persons fault, but a lack of communication and a lack of helping hands was the problem. Waited forever for it to brought to me. Please don’t leave new people by themselves and help out more.

Love my Dunkin donuts/Baskin robins everyone there is very friendly courteous only thing that they could do is have a little bit of sense of urgency

Cappuccino Blast! Sinfully delicious.

Ordered single scoop on a cake cone. Received an empty cone with a half scoop on top. Staff was unfriendly, did not wear gloves and had masks below their noses. I’ve cream was also rock hard.

Staff was polite they did have the donuts we wanted. The only thing that really sucked was the ten minute wait through the drive thru. The inside area was closed only drive thru open.

Myriam was Outstanding..She went above and beyond to get my son his birthday cake(he is picky and only likes BR mint choc chip ice cream) i know that custom orders need 24hr in advance but sometimes i can find premade but this was not case this year. I was gonna give up but Myriam was commited to helping me get my son the cake he looks forward to. Nowadays you do not find people so willing to help, and sometimes you dont realize what a difference it canmake having that kind, great customer service. Thank you

Ice cream is my weakness. Too bad this place is so easy to go through the drivethru and get the craving filled. Service has always been good when I drive up, no complaints here.

This place is a freaking joke. 5 of us walked in and 4 people working and took them at least 5 mins to even acknowledge us. No other customers were in the store and 1 person was in the driveway.

Was there to get ice cream, donuts and coffee. Food and beverages were very good. Clean establishment. I had to lay into one of the workers for yelling and belittling another staff member in the middle of the store. Not very professional. 🙁
