Great staff there. Reasonable pricing. They take their time but still knock out 4 cars at a time. If you go on the weekends get there early or you will have a 2plus hour wait to get your car taken care of

I WENT IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE BEFORE I WENT OUT OF TOWN, THEY JUST TOPPED ME OFF, STATED THEY TOPPED OFF MY WINDSHIELD WIPER FLUID (THEY DIDNT, I ENDED UP BUYING MY OWN TO FILL IT UP), THEY STATED THEY CHECKED THE CHARGE ON MY BATTERY (THEY DIDNT, MY CAR DIDNT START AFTER MY MAINTENANCE AND HAD TO GET A JUMPSTART, I WENT TO OREILLYS WHO VERIFIED MY BATTERY WAS DEAD AND ENDED UP BUYING A NEW BATTERY. I HAVE RECEIPT PROOF FOR EVERYTHING.I TRIED CALLING THEM, NO RESPONSE, LEFT A MESSAGE. NO CALL BACK. I NEEDED NEW TIRES TOO, WHICH I ENDED UP GETTING AT DISCOUNT TIRES. GLAD THEY LOST OUT ON $1500, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, DONT GET SCAMMED!!!!

Terrible service got there an hour before closing, got turned away saying there wasnt enough time to change my oil before closing. Also to top it off the quick lane bay was totally open and there werent any cars. They also said they had to take my tires off to change my oil. I didnt want my tires touched but said they have to do it ( sounds like a way to upcharge service or lack there of in this case). Lost business and I will be sure to tell this to all my friends. Go somewhere else Im sure they will respect and be happy to take your money at other businesses

The price was comparable to what I was quoted by independent shops and I have confidence knowing they did quality work done by Ford specialists. Service Professional (J.S.) would not return calls, would not communicate, would not provide a quote when asked. Pretty disappointed in the level of professionalism. Ted in the body shop was good to work with, but service quick lane was not. One person ruined this service location for me.

Caleb really took care of us. Came in for a complimentary oil change and tire rotation only for them to discover that one of the lug nuts was over tightened and they had to replace the stud, which they did at no cost. Very happy with the quality of customer care...something which is lacking in so many other businesses these days.

I feel as though being called up Chief is kind of demeaning and I should have had a little more respect than that and they left Greece Prince on my dashboard when checking my cabin filter and let the seat all Askew on the passenger side but other than that it was pretty quick and I will go back probably

Been getting oil changed here for 11 yrs. Always treat us good. Same price or cheaper than somewhere that are not as well trained in auto mechanics. Usually get there early.

They work through the line they normally have on weekends pretty fast, great service!

I always get good service here... sometimes I feel like the prices are higher than other fast service centers - but I like that the technicians are certified and I leave confident that the work is done right.

Quick in and quick out, just like advertised. I will say tho, that they actually charger more than the dealership and do less actual work, for example, the dealership rotates all 4 tires with an oil change for $60, they charged me $65 and only changed my oil and inspected the brakes and air filter to try and get an up-sale

Staff here is very friendly and courteous. I always try to get here half an hour before opening so I’m not waiting too long. Of course you have to be on alert for folks that try to cut in line. Today (8/12) I brought my Ford here for an oil change. I didn’t say I also wanted the tires rotated (because I was going to take the car elsewhere and get it done for free).Unfortunately, as I’m sitting there watching the technicians work on my car, I see them rotate the tires. I get the bill and there is a line item on there for the rotation. Kind of annoyed over that...I guess next time I’ll have to specifically say “do not rotate the tires”

Sill Terhar Quick Lane has been fabulous for our family. We have multiple cars and they help me keep track of all of their basic maintenance needs. I love the heads up about needing brakes soon or tires soon so I can plan ahead for financial needs. I can drop off my car on any given day and know within a few hours my oil will be changed, my tires rotated and my car will have a good once over for potential problems. Special shout out for Mike Ross who walks me through all of my car needs!

Here I sit waiting for my oil change, after having waited in line for 30 minutes before they opened only to be the 4th in line. My quest for an oil change started 3 days ago when I drove by twice during the day to see the line about 10 cars deep. Then again yesterday twice to see the same thing. So I came back for a third time (yesterday) at 4:10 (no line this time) to be told that I needed to come back tomorrow because they probably wouldnt be able to get to me before 5:00. I said you dont close until 6. He replied, they dont take cars after 5. This experience has been pretty miserable. The door says No Appointment Necessary.... I dont think so! And the name of the place is Quick Lane....come on man! Really?

I always have great service here. I trust that they will do a great job for anything that I bring my vehicles in for.

Took care of me right a little expensive however they didnt charge me for storage after my car took like 6 months to gather the money. George was communicative the whole time.

Got an oil change on a diesel truck. Two days before Id filled up the DEF myself. They charged me for topping it off. I asked about this and he said, oh theyll have left any extra in the back. They left one full jug and one jug with about half an inch missing in the bed of my truck. Are you kidding? This truck even has a DEF gauge that showed it as totally full. Now Ive got two jugs to store that I wont need for a couple thousand miles.Along with that oddity, they said it would take two hours to get it done. I clarified, two hours to get to it, or two until its all the way done. They said until its done. It took three and a half hours.As someone else said, nice that they didnt try to upsell things, but they didnt ask what oil I wanted in it either and I forgot to ask for full synthetic, so I got blended and will have to get another oil change much sooner than preferred.Probably going to give another Ford dealer a shot next time, but these guys arent *awful* either.

Everyone was polite but prepare for a long wait when dropping off in the morning at the service center. We got there a little before they opened (7:30) and there was already a line. 45 minutes later we checked in the vehicle for service and drove away. We did have an appointment at 7:35.

They do a good job and get me in and out quickly.

I have worked with Sill-Terhar Quick Lane since 2010 and have worked with Mitch that whole time. In my experience he has always treated m fairly and with respect. I never felt like I was getting ripped off or targeted for high pressure sales. They always delivered on what they promised (and even then some).

I had to take my car in for a factory recall (Takata airbags), which I understand that for that alone, Im not a priority. That said, it took months to schedule an appointment and they never called me when they said they would call me. Even after the repair was finished, I had to call them. They told me the mechanic just handed them the keys, etc. but when I looked at the summary of work that they give you, the car had been checked out of the garage two days before I called them and it was just sitting in their lot.Overall, it seemed that they didnt know what they were doing, or were straight up lying to me. They gave me an incorrect estimate of what needed to be done, (my wife had the same recall done on the same model before we got married, so I knew what needed to be done and how long it should take) and the courtesy check was either rushed or falsified outright. They said everything was good except the tires, but somehow failed to notice that the drivers headlight was held in by zip ties and the radiator support was split in half (both from before I owned the car). I definitely will not be going back, thats for sure.

They are nice people that seem to do ok work but how hard is it to ensure my Tire pressure system is actually linked to the car? 4 times in a row I have had them change my tires from summer to winter and back again and EVERY time I drive off only to have the TPMS dinging at me before I’m home. It’s a small thing but it makes me wonder what other small things they aren’t paying attention to when they do other repairs.

For the first time I was disappointed. The oil change was fine, but I was told I needed a new battery. We have a snow storm coming so I said ok.But they didnt have one and would have to order one, maybe 30 minutes, I said ok. Then I was told Ford garage could not change the battery. My car is a Chrysler, which I bought at Ford Garage. I was told they would have to disassemble the front in, in order to change it. I would have to pay at least 2 hours of labor charges. Now I am a widow and disabled, I traded my Dodge mini van because I was afraid of getting a flat and the spare was under the carriage of the van. Why would they sale me a car that I couldnt put a battery in when I traded in a car that I couldnt change a tire easily! My husband and I have bought several vehicles here, this was my first stop in looking for a car. I will continue getting oil changes here because I prepaid for them. But if I ever get another car I am not sure I will start here.

They had my vehicle for 4 months before even making a determination of what was wrong with. Played phone tag the majority of the time because no one can answer a phone or return a voicemail. Lost my key and attempted to charge me over $300 for a replacement until I found evidence that they lost the key and low behold they found the key 10 minutes later!

Was not at all satisfied with the service dept. I took my ford in to be fixed because it was not accelerating right. When i dropped it off i was told that the issue would be fixed, my car would be washed and vacuumed for me. Later, that day i got a call saying my car was ready to be picked up. I was told that all it was, was a loose connection in the transmission. When i went to pickup my car, it was washed but, not vacuumed as promised and the car drove fine until i was half way home. Then, my car started doing the same thing it was doing before. I then took my car to a different ford dealership and explained the problem. That dealship took the time and actually fixed the problem. It happened to be that my clutch was going out and need to be replaced. Totally different issue then i was previously told. My husband was upset about the whole ordeal and tried several times to get a hold of the shop manager who refused to return emails or calls. So, i guess the manager cant deal with customers. We will go elsewhere to have our cars fixed. Horrible experience from the shop!

Staff is always courteous but plan on taking a few hours off work unless you can leave your car and come back later. Not sure why they call it a quick lane.

I used to take my Escape to O’meara and after a poor experience there, I decided to give Sil-Terhar a try and I was AMAZED at the level of service I needed full 5K service, new brake lights, and new air filters and I was in and out in 30 minutes or less with plenty of face time with the service writer and technician.

Martin and Mitch handled some warranty issues I was having very well and addressed all of my concerns and issues I was having with my truck.I will be returning to the service department for future service and the sales department for future buys.
