Worst experience ever at a part store while I should have known more than I did I was hoping they knew at least as much as me I told the first boy what I was trying to find out and b4 I can finish he said oh I dont even know and just stood there so the other boy comes up and I said I dont know what they are called but I need the rubber things that go between the pieces of the upper controls arms ...sorry that is just from a girls point of view so 15 min of him using Google he goes to look at the car and takes a pic for image search and kept trying to show me big metal parts no I need little rubber rings now I know are bushings but 15 more min of him just looking up the image I told him I would go ask someone what it is and he said yeah bc he didnt know was...my dad told me he quit going for this reason and now I amto I have point cards with them but not worth it anymore
This is the best AutoZone I have ever been too.......my car broke down at AutoZone in Brownfield,Tx on June 11, 2021 around 5:00 pm......We were on the road from Georgetown, Tx on our way to New Mexico, they ordered the part for us, scanned the car to help us find the area it was in, everyone was so polite and help us with everything....thank you so much.Dont know your names, but I know it was a lady and a gentleman..... Thank you both very much, we really appreciate your help...............
The staff was very helpful and the manager was very professional .They were very knowledgeable about my vehicle and helped me quickly with my needs.The store was very clean and and the workers were nicely kept and clean which is nice to see from an auto parts store.

I went in the other day to get brakes for my car and the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable, they got me what i needed and also educated me on other items i didnt know about! I did notice while in the store the other staff members were cleaning and sanitizing the store and are also taking the correct steps and precautions by the CDC to keep us customers safe and the staff. I definitely will be coming back, not only was the staff very helpful but it makes me feel safe to know they are cleaning and just not letting customers in without mask spreading the virus while we are shopping and us taking it home to our families.
They have what you need if not they will order it.
Seems that I have to take my service to OReilly because of the 2 women that work at AutoZone do not know much about vehicles this includes the manager. I also asked one of them for help twice and the second time around she helped someone else when she had not finished helping me. Talk about rude and unhelpful. Need someone that is courteous and is good with customers and none of that attitude either. Ive been in management myself and human resources for 30 yrs. I know what customer service is about.
Come in to this AutoZone all the time. Im glad they enforce the mask regulations. Makes me feel safe coming into this store. Friendly associates know what u are looking for or do their best to find it for u.
I went in to the Autozone here in Brownfield today. I didn’t have a mask because I was in a deferent vehicle. As I walk in the door a associate shouted at me you have to have a mask, I replied I don’t have one. He said you have to get out, very rude the way he said it.. So I left. Over the years I have spent a lot of money in this store from business and personal. But I will never step foot in there again and I will advise everyone know to do the same.

Great service.. Sometimes you have to wait to talk to someone but they take care of you and dont try to up sell you..Ive had other auto places try and lie to you but Ive not had those issues here..
I always used to buy there before with very good costumer service but now they have new personal with no experience and very rude and with bad attitude. I had to wait about 30 minutes to complete my order and in the end I have to cancel it because the bad attitude of the personal. After that I went oreylis and they were very different with very good and friendly costumer service.
