So much for taking care of and being a part of the community, its all about the $$$. We used them for 2 different incidents and they did a fine job, of course both were through insurance. Went to get an estimate for a crinkled back quarter but we are not going to go through insurance on this one, now they wont even look at it for 3 months. If you want a little more respect from a company go with someone else. So much for appreciating customer loyalty.

Minor collision to front end. They replaced all front end of car. Paint was a perfect match. Black cherry.

This was my first experience using Caliber. I had body work done did a great job and car looks like new. The staffs customer service was impeccable. Ms. Anne is great. Car was ready earlier than expected. I will use them again in the future.

I had minor collision repairs. Customer service: 10/10; Speediness of repair: 8/10; Cleanliness of car when returned: 10/10; Keeping me informed: 10/10. I was pleased with Caliber except that they estimated 10 days, which I thought was a long time given that the repairs were minor. They were done in 10 days, though. I would recommend this caliber.

They did a great job, finished a week early. All the staff were very kind.

Anna and Jeff at Caliber were fantastic! Anna went above and beyond to make sure the insurance company took care of me and put Frozen on for my children when we had to wait a bit for Enterprise (no fault of them either!) to come with a rental. Jeff was so kind and even held my infant while I installed her car seat back in our van. Highly recommend!

Worst experience on collision repair. Came for a little dent repair under insurance claim. They left marks in the interior. Paint sprayed around the vehicle. They installed parts backwards. Left loosen bolts. Etc

The customer service was excellent. They communicated with me every step of the way. I will use them again.

Someone had backed into the side of my GMC and caused quite a bit of damage. Caliber Collision repaired it all and now you would never know it happened. They were extremely friendly, and helpful. They finished the work pretty quickly and on time. I highly recommend them!

It also smelled amazing inside!!My sons fiance worked for a different location and highly recommended this place if I wanted it done right!! Im beyond appreciative of the phenomenal job they provided!! Thank you so much! If I could give more stars I totally would!It was also done a week early too!!

Was updated almost everyday with texts and finish the work within an week. Paint look great no issue . even got the inside vacuum I think. Well is the clean when return to me

This was an excellent experience! From the moment I dropped my car off, they connected me to a text cycle that kept me informed every step of the way. Anna, at the Caliber location in Brownsburg, IN., called the car rental office and they delivered a car to me. When I went to pick my repaired car up, she had me leave the rental there and they took care of notifying rental company. They took care of claim and communication with my insurance company. Perhaps as important as anything....they did an excellent job of repairing my vehicle. Body and paint work top notch. Plus, the car was washed and cleaned inside and out. They delivered a nearly brand new vehicle.I don’t hope to have a need for body and paint repair; however, should I find myself in need.....Caliber has set a new standard in customer service and high quality work!!
