This store is incredibly clean and well put together!! They were helpful and knowledgeable!! There work staff was inclusive and diverse which is great!! Ill be back to support them!!

AutoZone has always provided fantastic advice and customer service. However, the past few weeks, Tony at the Brownsburg location has gone above and beyond what I would ever expect. He is dedicated, polite, knowledgeable, and hardworking. His persistence to customer service proves his position at AutoZone is warranted.While the other employees are friendly and helpful, Tonys demeanor and customer service sincerely rises above.I will drive out of my way to give the Brownsburg AutoZone my business!

The truck battery in my Class C RV Motor home was dead. After we got a jump, we drove straight to Auto Zone in Brownsburg. The store was well set up for social distancing . I was greeted immediately. Tony looked at what we needed and put in a new battery in less than 30 minutes. Great customer service.

Nice clean store, friendly staff, but scarce. I waited at the register in line while the only employee was helping the customer in front of me. A second employee finally came to the front and rang me up.

Excellent customer service, helpful employees, and they enforce the mask mandate, unlike other AutoZone locations in the area.

We needed our Check Engine read for us to see what the problem was. William greeted is very politely. He took the reading & explained the reading to us. Then we needed a seat repair kit, so we got additional help finding that.All in all, all 3 guys helped us quickly and respectfully. ...... this why we come here!Great place to shop for your car needs.There is handicapped parking & wheel chair accessibility.

Went in to get my battery checked, the man who had helped me was very rude and didnt seem like he really wanted to help me at all. He didnt really discuss much with me at all about potential issues as I had explained my battery died earlier that morning. Overall not very friendly, or helpful and service was just sub par. Will be going to ORiley next time.

My wifes van battery died and we had it changed out the only thing was it was pouring rain. The guy (wish I got his name) changed in no time. Outstand service. Could have just told us he couldnt due to the rain. But no. Amazing.

Had to get lower a frames they k we what I wanted and I was able to pick them up the same day. Staff was excellent, not in my neighborhood but I recommend this store.

I always try to use AutoZone for any of my automotive needs, both personal and for our company trucks and trailers. Their rewards program is by far the best of any parts store. This particular location impressed me on the selection of trailer accessories as well as marine needs on top of everything else AutoZone carries. Also, the parking lot is huge and very accommodating to vehicles with trailers which I appreciate. I will keep this location in mind if I need anything for my vehicles in Brownsburg!

Theres a young short black man who works the counter and he needs a raise. He is the most helpful employee there. He should be a manager wonder service from him Every time i go in

Needed to find out why Check Engine light was on. Tony was very professional and nice. He cleared the code and printed out all the information on what was wrong. Will definitely go back of the part needs replaced.

Good store with helpful employees. Employees typically arent that helpful if you arent sure what you want, so definitely make sure you find out what you need before gping. Some of them can be useful, but I find most to be right out of high school and unsure of anything except that your car has an engine. But the parts they sell are good and recommend them as a great parts store. Very good prices compared to other store. Wal-Mart has cheaper oil though.

12+ yrs. and always get the parts I need for 3 family vehicles. Very knowledgeable! Wasnt always easy; Mitsubishi lancer, f150,subaru,ford,ford,cavalier,etc.

I went in to get my battery checked because my car wouldnt start earlier in the day. I asked the guy at the counter if he could check the battery for me. He looked at me like I was crazy and said Not when its raining outside. . I drove straight to ORileys and they checked the battery and installed a new one with no issue!

The attendant, I believe was the assistant manager, and he was super helpful and we found exactly what we needed and saved a little money in the process.

The staff at the Brownsburg store are always there to assist you in locating what you need. They are also good resources on minor fixes and hot to use the products and tools they sell.

They always have what I need if they dont have it on the shelf they will have it the next day. Cool

I went there to get a new battery because the old one was crapping out on me. The new one cost me $200, but has a 5 yr warrenty on it. The guy helped me put it in (Volkswagen) and was very kind to me. Great experiences from this time and the previous time i was there.

Most of the staff are great to work with especially the manager. It is definitely better than the west side stores and worth the drive.

They have some guys there that understand autos work.

Gentlemen that rang me out and put my super blade on was super ice. The first gentlemen that helped me really treated me poorly and talked down to me when I asked for a recommendation on the blades.

They sold me piece that r supposed to prevent the car battery from corroding and my battery is corroding. Just called them and they just tried to cover for them selves im displeased because I am a new car owner and they left out information when selling to me
