What can I say other than customer service????? These guys knock it clear out of the park every time. I’ve taken trailer tires with tubes, truck tires, bought new tires, and so on with these guys and they are fast, super friendly, and I, along with other people I know, have had them repair a tire when they just didn’t charge me. “No charge”. They stay busy for a reason... they’re good.

Love my Lebanon Big O Tires. But Im guessing more are probably great places to do business. We have purchased tires from Big O Tires for several years. Never a problem of any kind. They match what tires belong on the vehicle and show the different brands, prices, availability. We had a small 92 Chevy truck. Old style full tire. We had to order naturally. So they ordered 6 so in case of problem we would have a couple in store. We have had engine work done with no complaints. Customer service is just wonderful. These people are very appreciative of their customers and we are definitely appreciative of them. If it aint broke dont fix it! We will continue to be Big O Tires customers.

I stopped in to get an oil change and tire rotation. I have one bad tire on the front right. I asked him when they rotate the tires to put the spare on and put the front right tire in the bed of the truck. Apparently they took the valve stem core out lost my cap to the bad tire/ now my spare tire. Placed my tire in the bed of the truck with no air meaning I have no spare. After asking about the tire twice they finally put a valve stem core in. But the core they put in will not hold air. Hance this morning when I got in I had a flat tire my spare. Now I am on the road headed north for work with no spare. My low tire indicator light is continuously flashing that I have a low tire. Now I dont know if I have any low tires on the truck and I couldnt change them if I wanted to. The way Big O Tire was ran yesterday I will not be back. I dont know what happened to Big O Tire but years ago when I stopped in there. The place was ran with care for their customers not anymore.

Great the time I bought tires and had those installed on one of my vehicles. In fact, that experience led me to try them for an alignment. Well, that changed my mind. After having my vehicle on the rack 3 times because they wanted to make it right, it still isn’t right. Tired of wasting my breath, I’ll take this one as a lost cause and pay someone else to correct the issues.

Bought a set of Ford F-150 tires last year. Found screw/s in three of four tires this week. With my free realignment, they went ahead and plugged each tire without charge.This isn’t the first time this has happened either. Thankful for this family owned business. Have served my family for almost 15 years now!

I just discovered a screw in my tire at the gas station and Big O happened to be next door. After talking to their employee who happened to be at the station, I went over for a repair. They plugged my tire in less than 5 minutes and also helped me out with my TPMS. All free of charge! Great service! I’ll be back for sure!

I needed my A/C charged and had a leak in the hose which was replaced and after the system was serviced my compressor was making a loud noise and months later (after the change of seasons) when I returned to have the noise analyzed, I was informed that my compressor had to be replaced. Im now replacing the compressor myself, as I dont trust anyone with servicing my vehicles.Now Ill be spending $300 to $600 plus free labor for a compessor.********************************UPDATE*****************************FRIIDAY AUGUST 28, 2020I Met Mike on Thursday Aug 27 and I wanted to be reimbursed for a defective A/C manifold hose which immediately wrote a check. However, I couldnt convinceMike that his employee failed to add the proper amount of PAG 46 oil to thecompressor, therefore causing it to fail. A competitive businesss technician who serviced my car, agreed with me that its why the unit failed. Im out the cost for the compressor, my labor and other charges. (about $1000.00) Maybe my insurance will cover this.I am thankful for the amount I received for the hoses.Thomas Cox ** Vietnam Veteran.

I called about a slow leak on one of my van’s tires. They were happy to take me as a walk-in and got to work quickly. The waiting area was clean, and they had toys for my kids to play with. They fixed the leak on the valve stem with a new grommet within half an hour and didn’t charge me a dime. All the employees were very friendly and professional. Thanks, Big O!

Always a great experience here

The people that run this place could not be nicer. They do great work and go out of their way to help out. Just recently...my wife had a leak on the side of a tire. It was going to take a couple of days to get an exact replacement. They found one in Lebanon and had an employee bring it back to the shop that same day.

Great, Quick Service. I got a flat on I-74 while passing through Indianapolis. Took the tire to Big Os. They were busy, but pulled my car right into a bay, checked and plugged my tire (turns out I ran over a screw), and sent me on my way free of charge. Nice to know places like this still exist. I came here 3 weeks ago and the man that helped me acted like I didnt know what size tires I needed so I ended up buying a size up then after I left I have had nothing but problems with my tires not keeping air in them had to make a trip back to get them check to find out someone put the wrong part on one of the tires I spent $505 on 4 tires for me to come back and sit for tire problems now rims are bent but didnt have that problem before will not be coming back for any service here anymore that simple...I have called and went back and they told me that there was nothing they can do. Told me I have no warranty on $500 tires I dont see that. Who shall I call the same place I went? They didnt want to give me the same service they were giving everyone else that day.

I had a competitor try to way over charge me for a simple repair. I brought my car over to Big O Tires and they fixed it in 10 minutes and didnt charge me anything for the repair. Its nice to know there are still some honest repair places out there!

We aired up our tire drove 3 miles and when we got there they said we cant get you in till tomorrow!I recommend the Midas next door - great service, understood our situation and took care of a quick tire fix and got us on the road. I would avoid this tire place employees in chaos, no communication. Couldnt care at all of our situation.

Mike, the owner of Big O Tires in Brownsburg is amazing. After trying to find the shake problem in my 2002 Buick Park Avenue for 2 years with another business, and then being told it was my tires, I went back to Big O, who had aligned the car when the problem started. The problem actually was: missing lug nuts, broken lug studs replaced at the best price, and the after market wheels. Being on a pension, Mike made the new items as cost effective as possible, saving me as much money as possible. When my husband was skeptical, Mike said if the new wheels did not fix the problem he would put the old wheels back on. Problem was fixed. To say Mike and Big O is an answer to prayer, it is so. He now has all our future business concerning our vehicles. A man of integrity, heart and ethics. And if his business does not do the work, he will point us to like minded businesses who do.I feel so blessed by how Mike worked with me.
