Great place for all your pool and hot tub needs.

I was in desperate need of some help as I had a leak in my pool. These guys helped put me in touch with a leak detection guy and helped me get the pool swimmable in the meantime. Super thankful for them and their awesome customer service! Highly recommend!

I wish could give negative stars. We had the worst experience you can imagine. From drilling into our house and putting controls in the wrong place to having monumental concrete issues to them forgetting to run a gas line prior to the concrete being poured and on and on and on. Hard to dismiss as just a simple accidents. My wife and I have decided to sue them and I want to make sure no one else has to deal with their incompetence like we did. I have a feeling the incompetence is a result of them using sub par contractors so they can save money. We even had our project manager quit during the process because he also had enough of their mistakes. Even though we were unhappy and asking them to make it right they refused. They also never explained to us how anything worked so we’ve had to learn all of that on our own. And because of all of these reasons we refused to pay the last installment so in January of 2019 they sent me a letter from their Attorney saying they were going to sue me but miraculously they haven’t. Well we will have our day in court. IF YOU ARE EVER EVEN CONSIDERING THESE PEOPLE PLEASE PLEASE READ AND RE READ THIS SEVERAL TIMES AND USE SOMEONE ELSE!!! AND PLEASE TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW THAT MIGHT BE CONSIDERING POOLS OF FUN TO ALSO READ THIS AND USE ANYONE ELSE BUT THEM IF YOU WANT IT DONE RIGHT!!!!

I have worked with Pools of Fun on multiple occasions and have had nothing but great experiences. If I had any questions or issues, they were quick to respond and very pleasant to deal with. Not to mention their workmanship is top notch!

I would give Pools of Fun 3 1/2 stars. I miss the old crew led by Darryl Cline. The current retail gentlemen get the job done but don’t t leave me with the feeling that I want to go back. They run the water sample and tell me to do exactly what the paper says. The old crew really knew pools and would try to not have us put extra unneeded stuff into the pool. The new crew just tells me what to do but they don’t ask if I need to buy any chemicals. I don’t see this retail store lasting.

My experience was great! The process went much faster than I thought it would. The crew was polite and on time every day. I had no problems at all. Im thrilled I chose POF!

We go to the Brownsburg store every week to get her water checked. We have always been treated professionally and with correct information about the care of our pool. Our pool is 17 years old and we love it.

We tried to set up an appointment with Pools of Fun to close down our pool for the winter. I paid them over the phone, but we still had to wait over a week for them to come out. The 2 guys came over on a Monday, and said that since it had rained on top of our pool cover, we had to drain it off. This somehow meant that they couldn’t wait the half hour for the rainwater to drain off, and they claimed they couldn’t come back until the following Monday to close our pool, an entire week later!So here we are on Monday, waiting for them to show up, and I get an email saying they’ve canceled our order completely. No reason given or anything. It is almost December and we’ve been trying to winterize our pool for almost a month now. We will be using another company to do so and will not consider using Pools of Fun’s services ever again.

So far it has been awful. We bought an above ground pool from them in August or September of last year. Signed a contract and paid half up front. We were told we would be first on the list to have it installed this spring. Now it is June and we still dont have confirmation that the pool has even been ordered let alone a date to have it installed.

I would give less if I could. Nothing but issues with them and our pool since it was installed. From concrete to liner to paint to heater to yard ruts they make no attempt to repair...

Pools of Fun repeatedly failed to deliver when quotations for service were requested as well as when services had been prepaid.I very rarely give scathing reviews but I cannot recommend this company and will not spend any additional money with them.
