Very fair prices very friendly staff. We always come here to get up parts or to get any of our tractors or lawn mowers fixed. Theyre very friendly and reliable, and do excellent work. Sometimes they run a little behind, but you can definitely trust in the work that they do.

I found Kyle super informative on the ego LM. He was very patient during my 25 minutes of questioning over the phone. He put my mind at ease about egos bad reviews on their customer service. Busenbark works directly with the distributor. Ego is a great mower with a great warranty and now I’ve found a great authorized dealer and service center. Can’t get much better than that! I can’t wait to make our decision and order our mower!

Watch out for these guys. I brought in my top of the line Honda push mower into these guys for a tune up and to replace the carb. Spring of 2020. After they had the mower for a month, and multiple trips into the shop telling me it’s fixed (when it clearly was not), I finally took it home because it seemed to be working fine. I was wrong. Last week (Aug 2020) I started having carb problems again. Started to take it apart and it was obvious that they stripped the threads on the block that hold the carb on. They also used the wrong size bolts and you can tell that they put the bolt on a grinder to make it fit. Pretty shady if you ask me.

I purchased a nice heavy duty ZTR mower there in 2014, but before that, they had worked on my old one. They have always been helpful whenever I have needed any parts or lawn equipment. The people there are really nice to work with, and they know their stuff.

Made 2 Appointments and they never called me back or came out either time! They took my phone # and said they would text me its been a year the first time. This time its been over a month. What kind of service is this! The only reason I gave it 1 star, it was nice inside and I was thinking about buying a new lawn mower, not there!

This place has the best prices in Indy and surrounding Indy, its rear to wait more than 2 days for your order. I live in downtown Indy an come all the way out there to get all of my equipment. Guys at the front desk are unbelievably helpful and can look up anything that you might need and place an order on it within no time.

Started out great and I was considering buying a zero turn from them. I was talking to him about parts I needed and questions on a new mower, the phone was ringing in the background and stopped. Looked like he really wanted to answer it. 2 minutes later while I was looking at the new models, I hear him complain that some people just wont stop talking so you can answer the phone, I really hate that! - YES, he actually said that. Am I not a customer too? I didnt call to shop, I took time out of my day and spent gas money to go there in person to buy parts and shop for a new mower!! That is so rude!! They officially lost my business so I through the business cards and brochure away. I own a business and would never put someone off to answer a phone when I have the opportunity to sell to a customer that took the time to visit my store. Just pathetic.

Shopped for a new push mower for over 3 months. Decided on a Toro after all the online searching. I wanted local dealer support so I went to Busenbark and let me tell you...these guys know mowers. This business obviously does not have the time to waste on new customers because they never called to pick up my mower that needed to be repaired after waiting on a call since the last week of May! I called several times and spoke with the owner himself ( Bob Busanbark) and each time I was told I would be called and now today July 31st still no call. I have since gotten my mower repaired and have purchased a new Simplicity Zero Turn mower from another dealer and Busanbark has lost my business and my neighbors business because they also were going to buy a new mower as well. Mr. Busanbark needs to pay more attention to potential customers and new business and less time making excuses why he dropped the ball. I am thoughly disappointed and everyone should be aware before buying there. I also called to speak to Mr. Busanbark and left my name and number for him to return my calls so I could discuss my disappointment with him in person and he never returned any of my calls so I am posting this and hopefully he will see it instead. I did give him a chance to explain then....I dont care now for another excuse explanation. There is another Simplicity dealer in town and they are more than willing to have new business as well as take care of their existing customers.

Excellent experience! Walked in, told the gentleman what I was looking for and I was out in less than 15 minutes with a brand new mower. Ill be back for any lawn equipment needs I have in the future.

Slow service warranty work it’s been weeks

Bad experience. Sold me a brand new 5 thousand dollar mower that had problems the day I used it. Refused to do anything about it. Got my business. Then forgot about me. The loan company they set me up with tries to scam me almost every month for late fees. Never buying from this company again. Rude owners/employees
