Love this store! I make the trip to go there! Downfall- No toilet paper or paper towels & it couldve used a sweep. Hair all on the floor.

Unfortunately, this hobby store has a very limited stock of art supplies. It is rarely replenished with new items from the city “up north!” It also had a sloppy clearance section with no organization. Organized hobby store is found in Harlingen or McAllen.

I love the store but the curbside take for ever I use a lot curbside because I have a baby and they take a lot to bring me my stuff

I love this place. It is a little pricey but with their 20% and 25% coupons it is totally worth it. I dont feel a friendly customer service at all but even like that I love the store.

Waited 20 mins for somebody to assist me in my dept. only to have to wait another 18 mins. to check out because of one cashier. Terrible. I left my stuff and exited the store.

Liked the convenience of online ordering. Didnt like the pickup process and that an item was missing from our order.

This place is terrible. From the few times Ive been here its been nothing but rude female employees and awful curbside picks, it took them over 30 minutes!!! To give me my items and I had called multiple times.

The deal I got with the 40% discount coupon on my cellular phone was great! They had the exact item I wanted among a wide selection of wooden boxes with lids for the digital music jewelry box I am making for my wife to celebrate Valentines Day.Wish they had had another cashier. There were about six people that had to wait in line for a customer that had a complicated purchase.

I miss all the model cars and model kit related stuff they used to have.

Bad experience ever took me almost a hour to get my curbside order. I live in Weslaco made a online purchase cuz that was the only store that had what I wanted. I had to get off my vehicle with my grandson that I didnt want him to expose him. It was ridiculous never again would I make orders their.

Great customer service walking through the store to ask if you need any help. I was looking for an specific party project ideas but only found a few things.

Michaels is an awesome place. I like that there are always so many amazing sales. Even if you dont find something on sale thay you need, the prices are very good to begin with. I like that teachers get 15 percent off every day. Just be sure to take your work ID. You can also find coupons online. Be sure to sign up for extra discounts and coupons with e-mail and phone number. You will enjoy all the amazing stuff and very useful people that work there. They are very helpful and if they do not have it in stock, they will find a way to get your needs met. They also have classes so you can learn crafting. Great place!

Great craft store.

I went to Michael on May 3rd 2020. I proceeded to checkout & kindly asked cashier named “Daniel” to check the price for a baking pan & proceeded to charge me without telling me price. He was being super rude. I didn’t want to deal with it so I just paid everything at regular price. My sister went next & proceeded to pay shelves and were not being priced at the price that the tag said. They didn’t give her the 50% spring sale when it’s all over the store. He proceeded to call the manager & manager didn’t help. They were both being really rude. Manager was named “Mary”. At the end, “Daniel” was being rude and screaming at us. First time I experience an experience this rude and bad. Don’t think we’ll be coming back again. If you’re going to be rude don’t be in retail. Simple. Big disappointment .

I love going here, but they rush the holidays out the door. I walked in here about a week before Christmas & they already had Spring decor up.

While they have beautiful selections, was dissatisfied in the customer service I received today. I inquired about a Christmas tree and although the CSR paged for information; she failed to follow up with me while I waited 20 minutes for me to follow up with her to see if she had heard anything back. I could see if the store was packed but it was just a few of us in the store. Hopefully the next time Ill have a better experience.

I enjoy this place so much. I spend all my money here, but it’s great because if you’re a member you constantly get emails with discount coupons anywhere from 20% to 60% off items or your entire purchase. It’s a great place to feed your craft hobby. To be a member just give them your email address!

The cashier wasnt helpful and didnt want to give the regular weekly discount and didnt want to give me my veterans discount on a regular price frames. Next time I will avoid her for a different cashier.

The store is clean and well organized. When I was looking for the oil paints I found them in the paint section of the store. They have categories for the oil and acrylic paints from beginners to intermediate to professional, which helps you find what youre looking for from a cost effective point of view. They do the same thing with the paint brushes. The beginner brushes are cheap, and the professional brushes will break the bank! So Im glad they separate them. The plastic model selection is pretty sad and the plastic model paints are not at all organized.

Love the store for multiple reasons!

Wonderful place to pick up art supplies. They have a wide selection and the staff are very helpful. I needed to get advice on how to matt my art and they were able to assist me.

I loved Micheals because they have interesting and unique materials. Plus, the cashier are super patient and freindly and helpful. Keep producing new stuff.

Found the perfect frame for a very special picture. Plus they sent me an awesome deal.

I went specifically for fabric, not knowing that they didnt have fabric.... Then the cashier made a huge mistake giving me change. He obviously needed more training.

Horrible service and staff is more worried about putting stuff on the shelf than helping customers find a item.

Person in charge of crafts class was rude. She had no people manners and threw out of the class two elderly ladies who were there with their grandkids doing a family project/class. She pointed out several times class WAS FREE and they had the right to throw out anybody...more so if they were taking over twenty minutes to complete project (which involved painting masson jar then waiting for this to dry before decorating it).

Went with a friend looking for specific item. Asked the first associate we saw about it and she told us No, we dont have that Then turned back around to continue stocking a shelf. No offer of any more assistance. We wandered around for awhile, looking on our own. Unable to find the item or a good substitute, we left.
