As a female who does not know much about car maintenance, I trust Luke Fruia Motors with customer service, they have the same people working every time I go and this makes me feel safe. When needing a ride the service department provides a driver who either takes you or picks you up. The driver make you feel safe and their conversations are appropriate and professional, making clear where they are at the pick-up site. Over-all quality of service continues to improve. Great Service!
Very poor customer service on 10/27/21 regarding a factory recall repair. They scheduled an appointment for my vehicle, without obtaining the required part. I waited 40 minutes on my appointment day, before they could tell me whether they would be able to service my vehicle. They told me it would be 2 to 3 hrs wait, which turned out to be a 5 hr. wait. If I would have know such, I would have asked for them to take me home to San Benito, so I would not have to wait around. I never received an apology from the service advisor for his failure on ordering the part and causing my inconvenience. I did forward my concerns to Mr. Edge, the general manager and he informed me today that he addressed my concerns to his staff. Customer service should be the highest priority in a business.
Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Rudy took great care of us and made sure we got a great deal on a great vehicle. It was the most comfortable and easy car buying experience we have ever had.

My vehicle was taking in for repairs(collision) in mid-August. I was first told a delivery/finish date of mid September. I kept asking for a loaner after my insurance allotment for a rental maxed out after 30 days. Nearly 60 days after that STILL NOTHING. I am paying out of pocket for a rental and about to make a 4th payment on a vehicle I have not been able to use. LONGER story SHORT.... It is November 5th. I am STILL waiting for my vehicle.

High end dealer - gets the job done. Last Wed., 9/8/2021, my Chevy Silverado died. Called around to a number of places - just got answering machines, that never called back, or websites that scheduled me for two weeks later. Called Fruia - get it down here by 1:00 PM today - in the heat I jumped started it and they were waiting for me with ice water and a fancy coffee machine. New battery installed and I was done in a hr. Im negotiating with them on a new GMC Canyon - may or may do it - Im a little on the old side (76), dont know if I want to start payments. Regardless, Ill have my Silverado serviced with Fruia. Job Well done!
The date available via the website was 5 days out, I took it. A received a phone call to confirm the appointment and asked if they happened to have anything available that wasnt that far out, the representative I spoke with was kind and confirmed an opening the next day. I had no issues dropping my vehicle off before the scheduled time. The team was courteous and check-in was easy considering this was my first visit to this dealership. The shop was organized and functioned just as you would expect in a professional dealership.

We were elated at how fast our oil change went.
I went to the parts dept, took the part i needed for my car. Which I figure would make things easier for the counter person, but even then he wasnt sure that the part i took would be the right one to order oh yes I forgot to mention they didnt have the part in stock. Then I asked what if the part isnt right, he said well charge you 30% for the return. I said what! Dude here is the part i need. So now Im anxious to see the part when it arrives next week. I thought that by going to the dealership would be easier but no. It wasnt.
The service provided by Martin Marin was terrible. Martin priority is not to make the customer feel welcome or take care of the customers needs. After arriving 15 minutes early for an oil change (with an appointment) it took 1 hour and 15 minutes to get the vehicle out of the shop. The worse part is that once the paper work made it to Martin’s desk, I had to ask Martin to process my paper work since it had been on his desk for 15 minutes. Instead of taking care of the paperwork, he told me I had to wait until he was done with a customer that had just arrived. 1 hour and 40 minutes later, I finally get my truck and left.

Service is horrible, it is the second time we come to purchase a vehicle and it’s the second time no one has asked if we needed help. How are they supposed to sell vehicles if they don’t service you. We must have worn the wrong clothes or looked like we couldn’t afford to buy a vehicle there.
We took our Buick Enclave 2021 for its first oil change and tire rotation. A job that we were told would take between an hour to an hour and a halfTook about 2 1/2 hours. All because the ticket was not stamped (Waiting). Two other customers were there when we were there and they got their vehicles on time. One asked if they washed her car and they said yes. We didnt even get ours washed. Especially for the long wait. I guess that was too bad on our part.😒
Not sure exactly what to think about my experience. I Drive a company truck so all expenses has to go through the office and get approved. After I dropped the vehicle off I later got a message explaining what the issue was and how much it was to fix it ($699.00) plus taxes . I got it approved through the company for that exact amount but When I came to pick it up I was told it was $1127.00. So now I have to call my office and explain why I was going to charge $428 more than approved. Luckily when I questioned why it was more than what I was quoted they came up with a new number that was $799 plus tax. Not what I was quoted but much closer than the $1127.00. Hopefully it was an honest mistake but Needless to say I will be taking the vehicles to another dealership!

Took my truck in for an oil change and an update that it needed and the service department took around 4 hours to complete. I thought that was a little to much and then at the end of the day truck was not even washed which is a courtesy usually given in other dealerships around the area.

If I could give them 0 stars I would because I have NEVER been treated with such DISRESPECT. Spoke with service advisor Fernando and was so appalled by the way he spoke down on me because I was a women, lying about pricing, and even walking out on us while slamming the door. This is NOT the way We should be treated as customers, especially at the DEALERSHIP I would expect such behavior from a less qualified shop. I had heard many bad things on their horrible customer service but I got to see for myself. Honestly drive the 20 minutes to Gillman dealership I guarantee you will not be treated with such dissatisfaction.
