I would not recommend this alarm company to anyone. Glad I was not on a contract. Several issues with the alarm hardware not communicating with monitoring company. Kept getting alarm faults pretty often, several visits from technician and system till the last day gave issues. Representative C. Quiroz stopped responding to my texts after some time. Poor customer service. If you do decide to use this company,, just make sure u dont get it under a contract and read the fine print because it states 3 years. Make sure sales person writes no contract on paper work. Good luck...

I understand that these are some uncertain times but people over 65 should not be working. This company have these people working. The reason they are working because the younger worker will not. This is a negative to this company.
