Customer service at this location is horrible. The employees and the Manager have a horrible attitude.
Last week we purchased 1 Pandora bracelet and 8 charms, with that purchase we got an additional bracelet for free because it’s the Mother’s Day promotion. Well at the time we didn’t want a box and bag for the additional bracelet because we didn’t know what we were going to do with it. After thinking about it for a week we decided to go back to the store and purchase charms for the free bracelet to give to my mother in law, I asked if I could have a box and bag to place it all together and the girl told me know..... hold on ... the bracelets I purchased were over $500 and now can’t get a box and bag because on “this” purchase I’m only buying charms! The girl asked for the receipt and I told her to look it up, I have a long history of purchases, she still said no! I was willing to even pay and was refused something that is normally given for free, I told her then I’ll return the items and she said ok that’s fine! Horrible customer service! I will never be going back! They lost a great customer because of this
Bad customer service, they did the bare minimum to help
So my friend and I went to Pandora & he had a cookie, just ONE COOKIE that he was eating and tell me why ... they ask us if we wanted help.. we say yes, but they make us wait outside for five minutes! ( I’m guessing bc of the cookie) anyways && so we did ... but then we see someone else walk into the store and so we went in as well ... as we were looking for a charm, the employees kept looking at us with such dirty looks. (We has just gotten out of the gym, so we went in our workout clothes) no one bothered to ask us if we needed help. I hate when they discriminate someone just by their looks && I always have a bad experience when I walk in. I’m guessing you have to be dressed super nice in order to be treated well
Kassandra made made the experience pleasant. All employees were very tentative. Frequently visit, never left with a bad taste, even when I leave empty handed.
Come here if you want to stand around and be ignored for 15 minutes. Luckily, there is a Pandora inside the jewelry store across the hallway so it wasnt a complete waste of time.
Store in Belize on Carnival Cruise was great. The employees there very helpful and friendly and the shop was duty free. In malls here in the U.S. the employees are rude. We were told at the mall last week that we could not come in the store to look. We had to wait in line to even come in the store. Really???
They have nice products.
I have never been the type to complain or give anyone bad reviews, but we have never felt so unappreciated as a customer before. We went into the store wanting to purchase a ring for our daughters 15th birthday. With 5 or 6 employees just standing around and us being the only customers in the store, no one came up to us to see if we needed any help. After waiting around for like 15 minutes or more and no one bothering to help us, my husband decided to ask the girl behind the counter for help. The girl behind the counter was rude but after realizing we were there to buy and not just look around, she quickly changed her attitude. Beautiful ring and my daughter loved it, but not sure if we will go back.
Tried to purchase at least 4 charms and they didn’t even bother to look they just said they didn’t have any after showing them the 4... like really?
Workers are always in a bad mood and very impatient . I love the products but HATE the stores energy.
I have gone several times to the store and have been confronted by nothing but rude employees. Given the money I’ve spent because I do enjoy the products I’d rather spend my money somewhere else just because of the customer service. The employees are completely unhelpful and if you ask for help just respond rudely as well as aggressively.
From my experience I recommend my friends and family NOT to go to this Pandora store in the mall; I had a very bad experience and I dont want someone else to go through what I went through. Before welcoming me, offering me their products, explaining their offers or knowing what my needs were in my purchase of Pandora, the seller told me if I was going to pay in cash or with a credit card? After that, he just gave me a catalog and that there I could see Pandora merchandise.I opted to go to the jewelry store across the street which is Reedss (which also sells Pandora) and they gave me a really good deal, they took the time to serve me and help me find the gift I need.So if youre looking for Pandora items in Brownsville, Reeds Jewelry is the one!
