I’ve had good experiences in the past, but today they lost my business. Bought a 6-pk of beer in bottles. They bagged it. Single bag. We were still on the sidewalk of their establishment when the bag broke. We went inside and were told there is nothing they can do. Well, there is something I can do. Bye, Felicia. You could have kept my business if you had double-bagged, or not used the thinnest, cheapest bags available. They did not even ask if we needed paper towels. Just hollered from across the store, “There’s nothing we can do once you leave the store.”
