I bought a 10 inch mattress here last month. I was told it would take 6 hours to expand fully, but after waiting a whole day, it barely expanded to 7 inches. I decided to give it two more days, and it only rose to 8 inches. When I called the store, I was told to wait a whole week to give it time to expand, and after letting it rise for a week and a half, the supposed 10inch mattress that I bought only rose up to around 8.7 inches. It feels very uncomfortable to sleep on (which defeats the purpose of buying a new mattress) but I’m stuck with it now.I don’t know if I got a dud or whatever, but you’re better off buying a regular mattress rather than a boxed one that makes you take a gamble on it expanding properly or not.

My wife and I needed a new mattress due to my backs bulging disc issue. I tried out the cooling Cool Phase and was instantly sold as I have to ice my back every morning. We saved a couple thousand dollars too for our king. Thank you, straight forward and honest too. Ill be back to get the adjustable base soon.
