Have yet to get the window balances I ordered and paid for last October. My window surround was damaged by an employee fighting to put my window in with the wrong balances. My front picture window was never sealed properly.

These guys do quality work! One of few contractors you can count on to show up and do it right the first time. Highly recommend!
