My appointment was scheduled for 9:45, at 10:20 my vehicle was still where I parked it. I did leave at 10:55 and the vehicle was inspected. I received 3 text messages prior to my appointment confirming that I have an appointment. When a customer has an appointment it should be upheld. I understand that businesses are occasionally short handed, but in my particular case it was a 15 minute inspection and 3 reminders. The reason I have an appointment is to get in and get out I do not need a reason as to why you could not comply with your part. If I had an appointment for a 3 hour job I could be more understanding with a 30 minute delay. But as it is my vehicle seldom goes into the shop before 15 minutes pass. And I am never a walk in. I purchased a 2021 Jeep Compass and had an amazing experience. No baloney in the negotiation, both the sales representative and the finance manager were respectful, transparent and organized. You could tell the employees there like working with each other. The service department had the Jeep all ready to go as I worked out the finance details. I generally have great service at Bodwells. But only three stars this time due to a wait of 1 hour and 15 minutes, with a scheduled appointment. No phone call they were running behind, and sat in waiting room for 1 hour and 15 minutes before anyone let me know they were “running behind”.

My second time buying a Ram at Bodwells. Bought my first in 2018 and traded it in for a 2021 2500. I told Evan I would be back as I was so happy with my first experience. True to my word I stopped to see him first. Only place I would buy my new Dodge Ram, Jeep vehicles.

My wife and I have been looking for a truck for a long time and wanted to make sure we got just what we wanted. I found a truck at Bodwell Motors and contacted them through their website. My first experience was with Eric Bodwell letting me know the truck I was inquiring about was not available but he had another one that might just be what I was looking for. I asked for some pictures but due to the recent snowstorm and the fact that the truck has a plow it was a little dirty. I gave him my cell number so he could text me a few pictures of the truck. Even though the truck was dirty it was just what we wanted. I asked when the truck would be ready and was told the truck would be ready next week. Contacted Eric again the day before we were coming down to make sure the truck was still available. Drove down to look at the truck and was introduced to Steve Fowler. Steve was great to deal with. Not once did we feel pressured into buying the truck. After we worked out the numbers my wife and I agreed to buy the truck. From this point on we worked with Craig O’Brien to finalize the paperwork. Craig went over everything about the loan and options for an extended service contract. We can say this has been the best buying experience that we have had with any dealership. We were treated amazing from start to finish and I am sure we will be buying and servicing our vehicles at Bodwell’s from now on. Had 2 bad experiences with Jeep dealers and as are so very pleased we took our car to Bodwell. We thought for sure it would be a hefty repair that took alot of time and cost alot of money. Thankfully, turned out to be an easy fix (for their trained mechanics) and the car was finished same day. They were thorough and tested everything and found a frayed wire and fixed that too. We couldnt be happier with this very pleasant experience.Update8/2021 My car started taking on water in epic proportions. I was nearly a fishbowl.. Took a while to get it fixed but they gave me a great loaner that made it actress free. Hopefully jeep will help with the cost since the car is a 2019, but i have nothing but good to say about Bodwell.

Today, however, they outdid themselves.I realized this morning that my inspection sticker had expired 2 1/2 months ago. Despite the fact that they were booked for the day and several days into the future they squeezed me in and did the inspection. Good service on time

I needed a new key for my truck so ordered it via the Parts Department. They said it would be in within a week. After no word for 2 weeks I called only to find the key was there but no one had called me. Since I was trying to get the new key programmed before a long 2 week road trip I was a little peeved. In fairness the service manage said he will fit me in the busy schedule tomorrow so things may work out alright in the end.
