Contacted dealership about a vehicle on line. Was contacted and had my questions answered. Had an affiliate rewards code, so I asked about a price. Got one back quickly and it was very very good. Scheduled an appointment to look at the truck. When we arrived the truck wasn’t ready, but our salesman Wesley squared it away for us. Had to stop and get gas on the test drive and it took forever, but Wesley got it taken care of. Got our trade estimated and when presented it was very fair. Ended up agreeing to buy at about 815 and the dealership closed at 8. Wesley had us sign some paperwork and then filled the gas tank up. Finance manager was very pleasant, even at 845 on Friday night, took truck home and returned the next day for detailing and to turn over the spare key to our trade. I am 55 years old and have 3 kids, so I have bought many many cars. I felt like this dealership was the most fair, honest and efficient one I’d ever done business with.

Bought a truck online/over the phone from them. Truck was super clean so no complaints there. Communication is an issue. Process dragged out with little information. Information was incorrect in the vehicle details on the website which is super important when buying site unseen. Truck came with only 1 key. Unexpected with a fairy new vehicle. Not a deal breaker but something worth telling a customer whose buying online. Day 7 of trying to speak to a sales manager. Probably a decent place to purchase if you’re in person.

My Jeep was destroyed during hurricane 🌀 in July. The insurance company took their sweet time. (You are really not in good hands). Then COVID hit but all in all even though it took until the end of September to get my car fixed. I am traveling with my husband and his work and you guys have been awesome thank you.

We purchased a new 2021 Dodge truck from the Brunswick Dealership in late February. The buying process was great, no pressure over the months of questions and looking for the right truck! We bought a really nice truck! The detailed cleaning left much to be desired. There was an obvious white hand print on the dashboard, it was pointed out to the salesman. We picked it up the next day so they had time to detail the truck. Not thinking about it I picked up the truck the next morning and after I was driving away I see the hand print still on the dashboard. Lousy detailing job! After I took it back, they did the bare minimum again. The salesman was only interested in us giving them a 5 star rating, not what they could do to get the 5 star rating! Very disappointed, we bought a high end truck and they didn’t care enough to make sure it was properly detailed. Mrs. Powell

Came in looking for some kind of vehicle with 3 rows of seating for my girlfriend and our kids. The rep named Brooke Turner assisted me in my search and I wound up leaving with a NEW 2021 Pacifica. She made me feel very welcome to the lot and didnt pounce on us as soon as we got on the lot. She allowed us to browse the inventory before making contact with me. She also took me on a couple of test drives before I made a final decision on a vehicle.All in all 10/10 ABSOLUTELY would recommend!

My car would not start while on vacation in Jekyll Island. Had it towed to this location. They were so friendly and willing to help me even without an appointment. They held the part we needed and took care of me as soon as the car was towed to them. From everyone who answered phones to the support at the site, to those that fixed it. Thank goodness! I had no other clue what to do since we were on vacation. Car is back to normal and we are still enjoying our vacation! Thank you!

It was awesome! The employees that were working there were very helpful and had a lot of patience. There was a little bit of a misunderstanding with someone else who seemed to be working from like a corporate office (or something like that) the day before (that I had spoken to on the phone) but when I went into the dealership the next morning, not only were they able to fit me in without an appointment, but they also fixed the issue that I was having with my vehicle (for real this time because the last time I tried getting that issue resolved I was at a different dealership and they claimed that they had fixed the issue but they had not). I couldnt be more grateful. That one issue was causing all sorts of issues with my vehicle and now that its truly fixed, that has all gone away. I could not be more pleased. I have children riding in that vehicle so this was extremely important. I walked in frustrated and left ecstatic. Thank you to every employee who helped make this all better. Face masks are recommended at this location & dont forget to social distance. There is a waiting room inside with vending machines, tables, & chairs, & there is even a small room for the little ones to sit in, encased in glass so even if youre sitting outside of it, you can still see them (which is really important to someone like me because my little one is young, fast, & into everything).

Had a rodent eat wiring in our Jeep. They had to order a part and insured it came despite a driver shortage. They traced and repaired wires to my ABS and traction control. They even recommended I contact my insurance company who appears to be willing to cover the loss.

I had to use another line just to get in contact with someone about my vehicle. Victor, the driver, was the ONLY one with great customer service and assistance.

Ive taken my Ram to this dealership for service several times. No major problems, but never wowed by the service either. With one exception, my waits have always been long. The exception was one time when I brought my truck back less than 10 minutes after paying because I noticed a problem; they took care of it immediately. The thing is, I should never have had to take my truck back like that.The staff is friendly and professional.The online reservation system has never worked for me. In my experience, your better off calling for an appointment. If you drive in for a quick oil change without an appointment, be prepared to wait.

My experience with this dealership has been an experienced spawned in hell. My son who is a RN currently caring for COVID patients well in excess of 40 hours a week was having problems with his 2015 Jeep Renegade. Diagnosis was one cracked coil pack and a crack on the vacuum line intake of the air filter housing.Two simple fixes.I advised I would fix the vehicle while he caught some much needed sleep.When I called the parts dept I got a voice mail saying leave a message, which I did. Hours later no return call I called again. Voice mail again leave a message. Next day I called Sales hoping someone would at least answer that phone figuring they want to sell cars. Miracle of all miracles someone answered the phone and I was transferred to Parts. Advised the lady I needed a coil pack and air filter housing (she asked if I needed top half or bottom half - need top half). Not having in stock, was advised I needed to send image of credit card and photo image ID(?).Finally was told parts would be in Thursday and they would call when they arrived. That phone call never came.Friday used the push 3 for sales trick again after several tries for parts -again receiving the voice mail. Finally spoke with Jay who advised the parts were in and apologized for not receiving phone call advising of same. To late to go get parts, had to get go weekend without.Monday, had grandson, who attends college in Brunswick, pickup parts.After explaining he was there to pickup parts for Carey and Bruce, he was advised they wouldnt be released until he they received a call from Carey or Bruce okaying the release. When unable to reach me immedately, he woke his Uncle who was trying to sleep from near exhaustion in the hospital. Call the direct number and speak with Jay who releases the parts, apologizing for not calling earlierJacob brought the parts home Monday late afternoon.Tuesday gather the parts to install and lo and behold instead of sending the top half of the air intake housing, (about 6 inch square flat piece) theyve ordered the wrong part, sending the 10-13 inch, 3 inch round air duct.Try calling again to get the right part, and get the never ending voice maIl. So now must make the 98 mile trip to return this part they erroneously ordered.This nightmare of an experience with the dealership leaves me to shop Chevy, Ford, or Toyota anywhere but CDJR Brunswick Ga.Bruce A. McCartney100% Disabled VeteranFollow-up: Got in touch with Jay and explained the many things that went wrong. Apologized for all. Stated he didnt have the filter housing but would check around and call me back. True to word he found the needed part at sister store and arranged for me to get it. Also provide a 15% discount for all the inconvenience. Also advised Grandson Jacob could return the wrong part.Thank you Jay for rectifying this cluster.Still have a bad taste, but it is no longer bitter.BAMc

Friendly customer service however they are setting themselves up for a false advertising lawsuit. Ex: A vehicle shows $65,023 on their website with all vehicle info, all 40+ pictures, as well as the original window sticker that reflects the price online. When inquired about, they say thats the base price. There is nothing on their website that says this when on a vehicle listing. Not a fan of a company who waits peoples time. Highly recommend them editing the website to fix this false advertisement.

Our major problem was ignition switch. They insisted it was not the switch, but the entire front wiring harness, which was no longer available, and offered to connect us with their sales department - after collecting their diagnostic fee, which was to have applied to our repair bill.We returned the next afternoon, jump-started the car ourselves and left the car for another unrelated part of the repairs. They then refused to apply our payment to the repair bill and called in their service manager, who told us to leave, and to understand that we had “beaten “ them.At best, they conflated a dead battery with a failed electrical test, indicating that the car was unrepairable; at best their sales department would have given us a good trade-in on an unrepairable car; at best their angry, rude and unprofessional response was the loss of $117 and a profitable new sale with trade-in.I’ll never go back to Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Brunswick...

Let me start by saying I was holding a grudge against this dealership from a purchase I made years that had nothing to do with the current employees or ownership. My salesman, David Toxey, was excellent. He was polite, considerate, and not pushy. He really impressed my wife. He and finance manager Kevin Brooks worked really hard to make sure I got a price and financing that worked best for me. Didnt waste my time when it came time to sign the paperwork and they didnt push their warranty. Would definitely buy from them again.

We are on vacation at Jekyll Island and our 2020 dodge 3500 check engine light came on. So we looked up the closest dodge dealership and came across this one. We stopped in to see if they could help us out...... they did not. The service advisor lady with green nails told us that they couldnt look at it today, that they were busy . She never even offered to have some one to come out and hook up a scanner to it. To let us know if it would be safe to continue to drive it. We are over 1500 miles from home. So instead we left and called Bennett dodge in Kingsland, we were told to bring it down and they would look at it. So now we are getting our truck fixed and have a loaner car to be able to continue our vacation instead of a shuttle ride. You all need to work on your customer service.

We had been looking around for a Gladiator in metro ATL but we were not pleased with anyone’s style of customer service. Long story short after stopping by on the 2nd visit to this Brunswick location we were sold because of Brooke and the inventory she schooled us on. There was absolutely no “sales scheme or pressure” with Brooke. She provided all the necessary information and allowed us time to make a decision on our time. I brought my car here for a knock sensor issue but it was more than a sensor... I was told nothing was wrong with my car.. had to go back to get it.. and to my surprise turned right back around because they said they didnt hear no noise but I did... by the time I got it back to the Brunswick dealership it cut off on me 10 times it was shaking and making a loud noise.. then 2 weeks later I finally got my engine approved but no loaner or rental was ever offered... then one service think her name Jenny or Jennifer got loud and didnt want to answer my questions... after she told me it will be another 3weeks to a month or so before my vehicle will be ready or worked on.... Still no loaner offered or nothing.. I will not be taking my car back there.....

VERY unhappy with an appointment yesterday for recall work through the service department. Was told it would take 2 hours. Dropped off at 9:30 and wasn’t ready until 3:30. What use are appointments if you don’t stick to them. Was told there were many other cars ahead of mine. Good customer service is to not to make excuses but rather set realistic expectations. I know the dealership is paid for the cost of this type of service yet I felt like I was low priority against others who were paying directly for services yesterday. I wIll consider going to another dealership in a neighboring city for future service needs. This was my first time at this service department after recently relocating from the Atlanta area. Yet, as soon as I made my appointment, I was solicited by a sales person to consider a trade. NOT INTERESTED! Think you should focus on service before sales...

Stay away from this place if your a senior or a woman. Been going to dealerships for the last 40 years in several states and even in Canada and have never had a worse experience then these people. They are deceptive to the point of being criminal. They promise services that are never delivered and like taking money in advance then denying you what you paid for even if its on the contract forcing you to seek compensation through other means.Really sad since Step One recently took over the dealership as prior owners were more on top of things. If you have any other alternatives to getting your vehicle serviced or purchasing a new one I suggest you drive the extra mileage. It will save you money and heartache in the long run

Thank you Miss Michelle Mukes for accommodating my I-95S breakdown from Mother’s Day evening (5-9-21). I had a horrific experience with A & J Towing on that evening (Sunday) I was suppose to be towed to your location but was taken and left at David Auto Care on some dirt road full of snake skins. A And J said your facility was 52 miles the opposite way and it was only 14 miles around the corner from David’s Auto. So Monday 5-10-21, AAA had to call another tow truck Hook and Book because I refused to reuse A and J towing (John) after being hatefully mistreated.Thank you for finding the after market alternator so I could get back to Orlando, FL from visiting my Mothers gravesite in Manning, SC the Saturday prior. If you ever need a tow and A & J towing shows up, recall AAA and get Hook and Book.

Purchased used Jeep using their online express checkout and confirmed via chat assistant and order summary. Drove 3 hrs to pick up vehicle next morning at the time reserved in checkout process (9am) and found out they raised price 9k and would not honor checkout price b/c they added wheels, tires and small lift kit. Price on auto-trader and their website showed pictures with lift and tire/wheel package installed at the lower price we checked out at. We offered to pay for the upgrades due to their mistake untilthe sales manager tried to tell me they spent 7k on the Continental tires, rims and 2.5” rough country lift. If the sales manager spent that much on those three items the owner should replace him. I know 7k is not market even installed for these add-ons. Would not recommend.

My trade in and keys where only taken to have the trade valued and then the vehicle and keys where returned to my visual site with the keys placed in front of me. I didnt feel trapped into making the deal. There where no surprises from what I had agreed upon and drove 4 hours to this dealer because I was so comfortable with the staff from the phone negotiations to the final purchase of my new AWESOME truck. Makes no sense to have a scheduled appointment and wait nore than 3 hours to start working on the vehicle. Asked if there was shuttle service to get a ride somewhere while waiting forever. Was told yes but person never got this service set up. Was told the delay for the oil change Was because we had another set of keys made. I do not understand how they are connected.

Staff was friendly and very courteous. They showed me a truck that I requested without trying to push me off on another option. They assisted me with any questions I had and offered me the best accessory options for my vehicle. I wish they had a satellite location local, but either way it is worth the trip to get such great service. I love my truck and just wish I didnt have to drive 50 miles to get such great service!

The service was great! Not a long wait although there were a few people ahead of me. The price was lower than I expected so I was very pleased with that. I am from out of town visiting for the holidays and needed my Jeep serviced. I’m glad I choose to have it serviced here.

Great experience! Place was clean employees were nice and I felt comfortable with my baby ( my Jeep) in their hands! Even though I didnt purchase my Jeep from them, I chose that location because it was closer and I wanted to go to an actual dealership as apposed to a place that has to read a manual to service my vehicle! My truck broke down hundreds of miles away from home it was a Saturday they got me in the morning and I should say also they set me up with the tow took my vehicle in and had me on the road by I think about 3:30 in the afternoon they did all the warranty work or recall work I should say treated me with the upmost respect the mechanic did an awesome job the customer service rep Was awesome let me know about everything that was going on and had me on the road I’m very grateful for those guys being there that team it was a very awesome experience I just like to thank them again God bless them

Unable to fix problem with navigation audio. Unwilling to follow up to ensure problem was remedied. Gave incorrect advice to contact Chrysler contracted vendors for repair. Clearly unknowledgeable regarding problem and unwilling to go out of their way to fix it.

This was hands down the most comfortable buying experience I’ve ever had! Everyone was super welcoming, especially my car salesman, Jimmy. Unlike most, he let me make my own decisions about things and never once made me feel pressured into anything. Most salesmen are pushy and don’t let you think for yourself. After we decided on buying my vehicle, Jimmy said he always imagines that he is selling a vehicle to his wife or family member and wants to treat everyone the way he would want them to be treated. That SPEAKS volumes about someone! He had the best personality and made buying a car fun. I will never go anywhere else when it comes time to buy again. If you are car shopping don’t go anywhere without talking to Jimmy. You’ll be sold and won’t regret it!!!!

They were extremely busy, but they still welcomed me and brought me the vehicle I called about. They let me take all the time I wanted test driving and looking over the vehicles I wanted to look over. No pressure at all! Answered any question I had. Very pleased. Daniel was exceptional. He made sure I was happy with the whole process and even stayed late to make sure everything was good to go.
