Good place helpful staff and the prices are a steal

Reasonable prices able to get fishing stuff for fishing in Ocean for the tourists, or the people who doesnt know a lot about ocean fishing.

Did not have what I was looking for and not very friendly.

This store is kind of small with limited gear. Way overpriced; bought same exact product from Wal-Mart online for 25% of what West-marine was asking for. Was told by the employee well thats our prices and walked off.

Didnt have parts needed

Theyve got everything you need for our unique and very different area. This area requires a marine store to carry items that are not aligned with the standards of most Marine Stores. Not to mention, the staff and management know the store and product selection very well and understand the local fishing and Boating market. Another easy 5 stars.

Things have changed for this West Marine. They no longer carry screw down boat seats on premises. You have to order them online. Other than that this is a well-equipped, friendly marine store with people glad to help you.

West is less and less a marine store. Employees are not knowledgable in marine issues and their pricing is often out of line.Ok place to buy boat shoes and shirts.

Very small and low stocked. Only use it for boat cleaning solutions. A disappointment since its right by a very large marina just off the atlantic coast .

I tried to purchase a product that had to be ordered and would not give my phone number to the lady. I had cash in hand and she refused to complete the sale till I gave her the phone number. I walked out. If that is called customer service, my company would have been out of business years ago. I ordered the same product from Amazon when I got home.
