I sew quilts for Quilts of Valor, I was able to purchase some great fabrics for more quilts today. Cant wait to get going on them!!

Always find what I need and then some, and the staff is always willing to help out as soon as you walk in the door.

Have just about everything that you can imagine in regards to crafts & things Of that sort. Of course the one item that I was looking for, they didnt have, but had every other version of that item available. There is a clear partition between the cashier & customer at this location. The cashier that was working when I went was very helpful. They had some cool things on clearance in the back of the store (I always love stopping & checking out those aisles, maybe I have officially turned into my mother.. IDK whatever, moving on). Face masks are highly recommended & of course, social distancing is always encouraged. I liked it. It was quiet in the store & wasnt crowded at all. I would recommend for all your craft & sowing needs. Good luck out there!

I love this store! The associates are always friendly and helpful. They give great advice and theres a nice selection of material and other projects you might love to do at our local Jo-Anns.

Although they did not have the vinyl repair kit in stock, the staff were very polite and helpful.

Love the fabric and yarn selections. I sew, crochet and knit enough that I enjoy coming to the store to see whats new and stock up on the basics. Ive made dog clothes, stuffed animal clothes, dresses and aprons. They always have some sort of sale that helps save money.

Everyone was very helpful and assisted me and greeted me when I entered the store, the prices were good and a lot of items to Choose from, I will be back.

One of the best places to come to when you need your material at an affordable price. They are always there to meet or exceed your wants and needs. The people that work there are always polite. Especially since covid19, JoAnn makes sure to keep the buggies, wheelchairs, counters, and every other place inside as well as outside the store.

Seemed smaller than other joanns that I have been to, but there was a pretty good selection of seasonal, sale & happy planner items. Staff was friendly and helpful.

There are not,too many places you can go for fabric anymore so Joannes is definitely the place to go especially when you have a coupon which they always seem to give you thats just an extra bonus

Watch how they charge you sometimes the sales dont ring up right. Limited product. But a cute local store. Over priced merch so only buy when 50% or less or with a coupon.

All the stuff most Joann stores have. Disappointed in the fact that the two crochet hook sets they had were both incomplete, apparently due to former shoppers taking hooks from the package.

Customer service is very good at this store.

Friendly Staff and Diverse Inventory. This place has a little bit of everything you need for all kinds of crafts people. The staff here are friendly and knowledgeable. My only complaint about this location is that when they are busy, the employees get overwhelmed. They need more staff for peak hours and holidays.

Omg I was so glad that I didnt give up. I have been looking all over Brunswick for mini party lights to do my project for a Surprise Birthday Party. An they were on discount this made me happy even more.

Friendly staff! We were looking for some beading stuff for me to make my own knitting stitch markers, and hubster happened to find a very useful tool for our quilting hobby- a basting gun. No more crawling on the floor or curved pins!

Store manager was very rude. I drove an hour to pick up some products that were apart of the b3g2, she explains they are not sewing related but quilting. I take the lowest online sale price for the item. Get back to my car with 3 children who I took in the store, waited over 20 minutes up front for the manager.... all to see it says sewing and quilting notions. Manager was in a very big hurry, constantly talking over me and not letting me speak. She was so rude that my 6 year old said that lady was very rude and was not letting you talk when getting in the car. Customer service is lacking and I will drive an hour in a different direction next time.

I wish i had gotten the girls name who checked me out. She was awesome. I have really bad asthma, and it freaks people out sometimes.... like Im not supposed to go out in public or something? But this girl was super nice. Asked if I had asthma, I confirmed, then she said, yeah, i can tell, you have me a little worried. But in this totally calm way. Thats the best way to be around asthmatics. Calm. Dont freak put, because you might make things worse, unintentionally of course. Anyway, we went along with the purchase, kind of joking around, she helped me with my app coupons (can never figure those things out!) and of course I spent way too much money... to which I said, If anyone asks, I was never here! She giggled and then said, Well, Im really glad you came in, you have such a great attitude and made me smile today! I thought that was the coolest thing ever, so thats why Im taking the time to write this long review. So, in closing. She was awesome, i made her smile, she made me smile. Very good trip!! Even if my bank account disagrees...

I was soooo happy with this store. Their customer service is wonderful. The girl that helped me was awesome. She above and beyond normal customer service. I will be back next time Im in town.

Honestly, I am being nice giving them a 3 due to the fact that when you are checking out they allow people to stand directly behind you. These people are able to see you entering in your debit card in your pin number and if youre writing a check The people behind you can see your information. Despite all of the complaining that Ive done to management it still happens. They know we have to use the store because they have items that we need but I feel that its very rude for a customer to be at the counter checking out and someone else is standing directly over their shoulder. Some people say well they werent looking or it was no harm they were just right there. I dont buy it because a con artist or a scammer is just that and they have their methods of doing things to get what they want and if its identity theft or someones personal information then thats what theyre going for regard list if someone else can tail or not. I will say this… the staff is very friendly and professional but I think that there should be something else done about the line where people check out. There used to be this little bitty sign that no one paid attention to and it said the line starts here. No One enforced It. And the last several times that I was in the store I didnt even see the sign. They act like they cannot protect the person checking out at the Register from other people looking over their shoulders. Therefore, my stance Remains the same that 3 stars is being generous. If they would get that part together they would be a 5 star because everything else is awesome about them.

Was going to go and buy a lot of yarn today at Joanns. My daughter went I and got me the wheel chair. She wanted to run in the shoe store next door for a min. so we did. Not 1 but 2 ladies from joanns came in and bugged us. didnt even ask.are you planning on shopping in our store today. so now after we was called confusing ladies and the rudeness of them both I will spend my money else where. I normally spend a lot in that store but someone else will be getting my business. I had to limp back to the car which was parked in front of their store.

Two times in two visits I had to wait a considerable amount of time for fabric cutting as well as checkout. I shouldnt have to wait for a cashier to come take my money. Two people working in a store is not nearly enough. Also, hire people who know how to sew, or paint, or make jewelry or some type of craft. 18 year old boys are cheaper than someone who is experienced . . .

My last visit there was not a very pleasant experience. My friend and I were rushed out of the store. It was 20 minutes before closing !! And when we were at the register checking out one lady called to another to see if we had checked out yet and we still had about 15 minutes before closing time!! We would have bought more had we not been rushed out of the store!! And they still couldnt leave because 3 more people came in after we left!! We were trying to pull up the app and the lady at the register didnt even offer to help. They just wanted us OUT!! The two who worked that night dont need to be in retail!! They are not people persons!!

Great place for fabric went looking for art supplies very limited

Prices extremely high. Valentines Day products at full price. Sales rep said the valentines day stuff was on clearance but back at full price. Staff seemed aggravated that customers were asking questions. I left without purchasing anything as I felt like my presence in store was irritating the staff.

The management is terrible! Store management customer service is the worst by far I have ever experienced. I know that if corporate were aware of everything that went on in this store they would do a thorough house cleaning. Customers are talked to in a way I have never imagined allowable. I know that so many customers have called corporate to complain but yet nothing gets done about it. Now that Walmart has gotten their fabric department back up and running I wonder how long JoAnns will be here. Another issue I have is the way that the store manager and merchandising manager talk to the employees. Its very disrespectful & belittling. There have been 3 employees that have left because of being talked to in such a manner. I have never worked for such sneaky, conniving, belittling, back stabbers or betrayers in my life! Im not speaking as a sour employee either. I only speak the truth!
