Very impressed by this place. Went in for some tire work and was greeted very kindly by who I assume to be the owner, Jack. He took my keys and told me to wait a sec, before I knew it, they had already fixed me up. The price was fantastic also. I took my car to Jack due to a brake issue. After having my car 8 days and supposedly changing the brake booster and spending $638 the issue wasnt fixed. Took it back to him and they had my car another 10 days with no further work done to it. Im out $638 and a way to get to and from work and my special needs baby to and from the doctors. Way to go Jack. I will see you in court for my money back.

These guys are lifesavers! Our car had power steering trouble a few miles away from this town, and we managed to get it to the local autozone, where it damn near crapped out entirely.Instead of having to get it towed, the receptionist called Jack directly and he DROVE OUT TO SEE OUR CAR without any additional charge or prepayment of service. He figured out the issue in maybe 30 seconds, had us follow him to the shop, and when it turned out his guys had no openings, he personally drive us out to a partner shop for the repair.In short, we started out afraid that we may have to scrap the car, and ended up just getting a fluid pump replaced for less than the lowest cost estimate we could find online for similar service, all in just a few hours with no prior notice.Not sure if you remember us, Jack, but thank you so much.

We were passing through in a rental car from NC to Florida. We needed a little air for one of the tires. We went to two gas stations who had air that was out of order. We pulled up to Jacks and explained what was going on. Without hesitation they put air in the tire and made sure we had a safe trip home. Thanks for the great customer service.

Took my car in. Said nothing was wrong when there was obviously something very wrong. Then took it to the dealership who had to rebuild the parking brake and replace several parts. Bill was more than $2000; a lot for “nothing wrong with it.”

I was hurtling down I 95 when the tire low pressure light came on. Was pointed to Jacks by a local gas station attendant . Pulled into Jacks and one of their friendly staff determined I had a valve stem problem. He fixed it, shook my hand and said no charge. I was on my way in a matter of minutes. GREAT PLACE !!!!!!!

Jacks tire and brake is absolutely awesome

I was on my way to Jacksonville and busted my front passenger tire when I took the exit where Jacks Tire & Brake was located. By the grace of God, they were right across the street from the Starbucks where I learned I had a completely flat tire. I rolled in and Dewayne Kennedy and his dad, Jack, the owners had me in and out in less than an hour. They were so friendly, courteous, fun and fair. Despite an annoying situation, they made my wait time fun as I joked with them about Asian drivers, which I am a bad one, and how they must have an arrangement with the city or state who installed road bumpers off the exit that busted my tire! And on top of that, the full tire replacement cost me less than $150! I have a BMW and I have NEVER paid less than $250 for one tire. Thank you Dewayne and Jack for your excellent family friendly service. Yall were so gracious and I wish you were in the Charleston area!
