So today I went to get into my Honda that was purchased at Nalley. Tried to start my car. It cranked on my second push of the start button. A message on my touch screen came up about a security code. I cut the car off and restarted it to see if it would reset. The car completely went dead. I called Nalley to seek assistance... mind you, I stopped getting my oil changes with them because of how horrible the customer service has become. I went through the button prompts to speak to the Honda service side. I got routed to the GMC side. A gentleman did answer and was going to just transfer me. From past experiences I have been bounced around from person to person and this wasn’t any different. He ended up putting a lady on the phone. I explained to both of them the situation. She ended up sending me to a voicemail. I called back, followed the prompts, and a young lady answers the phone. I asked her to speak to a manager. She places me on hold and then I get hung up on. I called back and the Nalley operator answers. She ask me which side for me to be transferred to? I tell her which ever side that will have a manager I can speak to. She asked what make...I answer Honda. She transfers me. So I explain to the gentleman that answers my situation. He listens, but tells me he’s actually the sales manager at GMC and he is going to transfer me to Honda. I asked him if he can announce on the P.A. He tells me that he will to mKe sure someone answers. He transfers me to a voicemail. Nalley Honda has completely lost all respect for their customers. I will never ever purchase another vehicle from them and I pretty sure I’m done with the Honda brand period.
