I have been dealing with Boatright for 27 years yet I did get 3 estimates. Boatright was the middle so I decided on them considering past experience. Like always they were excellent.I had a problem last night. The heat circuit breaker kept going off. I piled on the blankets and called in the AM. With in 2 hours they were at my house. It was a faulty circuit breaker. Unit was fine. Later in the afternoon some one came and changed the breaker. Again excellent service.Soon they will put a new unit in my daughter’sVacation house. When she came at Christmas she had no heat. They came same day called and replaced a motor. But have now given a big discount on this service call and they are honoring an estimate they gave last year.Great company.

Horrible company/owner. My parents (in their 70s) have been a customer for years. Their AC went out so Boatright came to give an estimate for a replacement condenser and air handler. Despite it being more expensive than competitor quotes, they decided to move forward with Boatright due to the past relationship. After two weeks of waiting (again without AC) Boatright could never get the equipment in stock. After multiple calls to the company, they finally found another unit that they could actually put their hands on, however, the owner of the company would not put my parents on the schedule for another week or more (despite having already waited two weeks). Net is, canceled the sale, called Corbitt AC and they had the unit installed within 4 days. Do yourself a favor and do not support Boatright. You deserve better.
