Got a sand filter and didnt know how to put it together so I called them and they said bring it in and we will put it together for you so we did. We brought it home and couldnt get it to run right so they came right out and got it running. They are great people!! Very happy with there service!

I have frequented this business on and off for years because it is close to home. Today, after poor service about a Chlorine shortage, I will not be returning. This was not the first encounter with poor service. There has always been a strange kind of atmosphere in this little shop at Cooks Corner.I get when they want you to pay cash and charge you extra for using a credit card (not always appreciated).Shop around elsewhere. Thats my plan in the future when I need pool chemicals or supplies.

Ive been a good paying customer for a few years, This year I had my pool cleaned by them, told them I have a budget $500. Well I never got a bill until my amount can over $786 dollars then less them 1 week another for a total of $ 885.78. I went into the store talked to the girls about what happened, ask if the owner would take into consideration the amount I told them I had budgeted. And never received a bill until way after my amount, and I was told today. THATS THE PRICE AND NO DISCOUNT ON THEIR MISTAKE. So they have lost a customer and we all know the bad news travels faster than any other news. So I would recommend you to do business elsewhere, if I were you.

Multiple appts made to open my pool no show no call to explain . three weeks of taking time off to be here to get this done. Unbelievably unprofessional.The girl on the phone was courteous .

Let me start by saying: I really wanted to like M-T Pools in Brunswick. Theyre close to where I live, they carry a good selection of pool wares in their store and every single person I interacted with was friendly and polite. But sadly, thats all the good stuff I can say about them. I know that summer is their busy season, so I was prepared to wait for an appointment--its part of life, and not a big deal. Anyway... I made an appointment for opening my pool fairly early in the season, and their field team came out and was very helpful. It turned out, I needed a new pool--not a huge shock given that I moved in over a very harsh winter and the existing one was 30+ years old. I requested an appointment to drain and tear down the existing pool, and later install a new one--telling them, If you want it, this business is yours. Thats when everything went south. After not hearing anything about an appointment to tear down the old pool, I called M-T Pools two weeks later, and was promised an appointment soon. Mind you, I just wanted a slot on the calendar--it couldve been a month away, but I couldnt even get that. Two weeks later, still nothing (not even a call to confirm what I needed). I went into the shop, and again, the desk clerk was very kind, even promising to send a catalog of pool types for the new install. Three weeks on, nothing--no call, no appointment, no catalog in the mail despite having received all my contact details several times over. I finally took the pool down myself (which, with some help, was not hard at all) and called M-T to cancel my appointment, which I thought would end things. However, a week later, I received a voicemail that the team was coming out to drain and dismantle the no longer existing pool THAT day. I called the office several times until I made a connection, and I let them know again that I no longer needed service, and also to let them know that I had not received any catalogs or documentation as requested. That afternoon, I looked out my window and saw their team starting to unload their equipment on my driveway. I went outside and told them that Id already called several times to cancel, and they seemed to understand. That last bit led me to believe that this wasnt an isolated incident, but I cant reach any true conclusions based on that alone. The sad part is, everyone who works at M-T Pools seems very kind and I would have loved nothing more than to support this local business. However, the M-T-ness of their promises and professionalism has forced me to take my business elsewhere. If they step up their organizational processes and implement better administrative functions (ie: front desk that talks to field techs, phone service that doesnt put me on a busy signal for hours every time I call, scheduling system that works, better follow-ups and appointment tracking, etc.), Id be willing to give them another shot. But Ill be honest: itll take a lot to prove that to me.

Great variety, reasonable prices, and amazing staff. Kayla is my favorite, shes always so sweet and helpful!

Face masks should be worn by all staff. OnJune 1, 2 of 3 staff were not wearing masks. I left the store and not sure if I would return.
