I am not satisfied at all. I made sure I chose a shipping center. Just so I could SHIP a return. I was informed they dont provide boxes. I would have to buy tape from Fed Ex. I was told to find or purchase a box for my prepaid RETURN.

Fedex has the worst customer service Ive experienced. They are absolutely clueless. No help whatsoever. I just have to hopemy package wasnt stolen or lost because they forgot to scan it ANYWHERE between here and there and have no idea where it is.

Terrible, for MONTHS they have been working on their laptop version for international packages. More than 6 months and it is always the same soon. Is this really a company which cares? UPS is up and ready without excuses

I have spoken with Fedex 3 times about a package that was supposed to be delivered at my address and was signed by a KARN at 5:38pm on August 31, 2020. Big problem is that I was home during the time of supposedly delivery I was home and no one at my home has the name KARN. I called the fedex 1 800 number and was told the first time that I would have to wait 24 to 48 hours before anyone could call me back. No one has called me back as of today so I made another phone call and was told that I had to call the company that I originally ordered from and I file a missing package report. I was hung up on by the second fedex person that answered the phone call. I call for the 3rd time and was told that fedex has sent the driver to pick up the package where the driver delivered the package and then if I did not receive the package in two days then I could call to file a missing package report. So needless to say fedex will not get my business on anything that I have to ship ever. I am well aware that with all the technology that is out in today’s society no driver should have a problem delivering a package any where in the world.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Never had I been there before. I was returning some items. Asked if they could print out a copy of the shipping label. “No we can’t we have no printer. We aren’t an office supply store. If you need to print out a label go to the FedEx store in Savannah. Not helpful.

Though I know its bad form, I was forced by my situation to arrive just a few minutes before closing time to receive a large number of packages. The staff there were rushing to get a truck to the plane, but after just a very short delay brought my packages right out. Thank you very much!

I went into facility on Wed,, March 2, 2016 to request some (11) Medium size white boxes. The lady at the counter went to the back and brought out small boxes initially. I told her again that I needed Medium boxes. When she came back out again she told me she didnt have enough of the 12 x13 x 2.5 to give me more than 3 of them. I then asked if she had enough of the 9 x 12 x 5 for me to get 11. She again went to the back and brought out 6 of those giving me 9 total. She made up the difference by giving me 4 small ones.I asked when they would be getting a shipment in so I could get 2 more of the Medium boxes. She told me she didnt have any idea when more boxes would be coming in and suggested that I order them on-line.I also asked if I could get some shipping labels as there were none in the do it yourself kiosk. She told me I could do all of that on-line also. I did not feel that this counter representative was very helpful.

The customer service here really won me over. I had to wait for nearly an hour to pick up a package for a friend that was out for delivery... The clerk was so friendly and accommodating that it made the wait worth it.

Had to mail back an item to the manufacturer today, the manufacture send me a shipping label and always well but upon stopping at this location the agent told me they could not print my label for me even though it was a scannable barcode for mobile shipping labels.I left To go back to the station I work at to print out the label and encountered some sort of issue that caused me to only print an error message to times. I’m then went back to this FedEx location to reiterate that my shipping label has a barcode and a serial number and she should be able to print it and this agent then be grudgingly went through the process ( which she had just told me a half hour before that she could not do) only to realize that the times that I attempted to print it after she sent me out of the store the first time boarded out the ability to use that shipping label.This nonsensical manner of business cost me a two days on getting my item out since the company sending me the label had already closed and I go back on duty the next day and will still not be able to send the item out.All of this could have easily been avoided if the agent would have simply scanned and printed out the label the first time when I asked her to instead of concocting a lie that she could not do it.

There as bad as the Post Office, you pay for 3 day shipping bad 6 days later you get it. The shipment cane right through Brunswick to somewhere I FL and had to be shipped back ! It took a real rocket sciencest to come up with that !#! Its UPS for me from now on -!!#

Taking forever to deliver my packages, keeps pushing back the days and now another hoilday is coming mean they will be closed. I had to call costumer service only for them to tell me something was wrong with the package (why the hell you couldn’t tell me that before). I went through Fedx because it was cheaper but NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

On 12/19/2017 my grandmother fell in her yard. She crawled to the front yard and laid there an hour. Matthew Kind a local driver saw her. He stopped and got her up and to her door, which was locked went around unlocked her door and brough her in! This man went beyond his job to help a customer and i hope he sees this review!!!!!
