Always willing to help.We go there but a few times a year, usually for repair items for the shop or our machines.They know that there is a difference between a 3ø 4-wire 20A 250V plug and a 3ø 4-wire 20A 125/250V plug!

I was looking to identify what type of breaker was needed to replace one that was weak. The guy at the parts counter was super nice and helpful even though Im a homeowner and not a contractor. It turned out the breaker cost 30% less at Elliott than at Lowes or Home Depot. Elliott is definitely on my list of electrical suppliers to check with now.
