I’ve always had good luck with the employees over my 10 plus years with Bucksport US Cellular….aside from 1 incident, unfortunately, but the employee wasn’t there very long. Janelle usually helped me, before she transferred, and always did an excellent job. I’m not 100% satisfied with some of US Cellulars policies but that isn’t the agents fault, they can only do so much. All in all, though, our local staff does pretty well.

Oh my goodness! What lifesavers!! Somehow I had managed to get my cell so I could not do anything but text and call and I was supposed to be hiking all day with my pup..we went to see if they could help this frustrated almost in tears lady. Well they hadnt seen this before but they did a little research and BAM!! The Goddesses fixed it and I was THRILLED and on my way! They can fix anything! 1 million stars!

My mother, in her 60s was told by Jenelle that her phone was now an expensive paperweight after the DAY SHE BOUGHT IT she couldnt remember her pin. Simple factory reset was all it took. Looks like Jenelle is a piece of garbage. If you go to US Cellular in Bucksport and get this girl, ask for someone else. Ill be sharing on US Cellular Social media. Get the word out to get this person fired.

Bethany Redman helped me and my parents open a new contract. She was amazing and Soo helpful. She went above and beyond for us and explained everything perfectly. We are all Super happy! Thank you Bethany!Janelle is also amazing, She has helped me for years and She is one of the reasons Why I stay with US cellular.

Janelle was very deceiving to my mother selling her a ridiculously expensive plan. My mother (In her 60s and trying to lower her bills a month after her husband passed away) went in and was led to believe that her bill was only going to be 26 dollars a month. What Janelle did not explain to my mom was that was only the price of the financed device. VERY DECEPTIVE!!! My mom went in there with the sole purpose to lower her bill which was about $50 a month through a pre pay program. SHE WAS VERY CLEAR OF HER INTENTIONS. throughout the process my mom said several times how great it was that it was going to cut this bill in half. Jenelle Cleary knew what my moms intent was and took advantage of her. Now USCC will not do anything to help my mom. They told us on the phone that only the store manager where we bought the plan could take the device back. George, (the store manager in Bucksport) explained that there was absolutely nothing he could do besides looking at the plan and try to lower it a bit but he was not willing to take the device back. Very shady business practices here. Shame on you people!
