Good place for sending packages with Meest Express abroad.
I really do love coming to this family run deli. An older Polish 1st generation immigrant friend of mine brought me here a few years ago for a surprise lunch. He had an idea that Id appreciate eating a REAL meal prepared with REAL ingredients by REAL old world style Russian, or Ukranian woman. Please forgive me if I have their nationality wrong! I had an amazing simple lunch of what I will call (Guwumpki) which I know is not how its spelled, but from what I can tell it is how its pronounced. Ive heard dozens of people attest to different ways of saying golubtsi. Most people just call it stuffed cabbage or cabbage rolls. Anyway you want to say it, these people make them taste soooo good! This place sells so many different European snacks, spices, drinks, pierogies, breads, frozen foods, and so much more. I just appreciate getting some exposure to foods that we wont see in our grocery stores. Its a cool experience. Small in size but I can get stuck in there for a half an hour just trying to guess what the labels translate into lol. P S.- Im gonna tell you right now, whatever you choose to buy to bring home and heat up to eat, buy 3!! Because not only are you going to want to have another one because it was so good, youre gonna want to share one with someone else to share the delicious experience. Honestly. Make the trip. Its worth it! And!!! Their prices are anywhere from cheap to very reasonable.
Like walking back in time ...great place!!! They could work on customer service ...not rude at all, but pretty disinterested which made asking questions awkward.
I have been coming here for years and their customer service has always run hot and cold but this last time they couldnt even be bothered. Its too bad that they can not be as great as the products they offer. Their food and products are they only reason they got 2 starts
Good store, but you need to be careful of expiration date on products!
They have a lot of diffrent food. great place
Nice selection of European foods, bakery items and sweets. My only problem was the lady who waited on me act like I was bothering her. She didnt share my excitement for the food. I tried asking questions, but, she blew me off.
I love buying the frozen pelmeni and borscht here. I have traveled throughout Eastern Europe and Russia, and its a nice place in Buffalo to find a few reminders of those trips. Its always tasty!

Very good selection of imported food items along with fresh prepared food. I came looking for some Ingredients for a Polish meal and found exactly what I wanted.
Bright and cheery, with a seating area.Great selection of frozen good, pierogi, preserves and interestingly canned mushrooms.
I absolutely love the prices. And we tried the cheese and potato perogis which were delicious. And also got the chocolate waffer treats and the apple drops. The Apple drops were such a hit where I live with all my friends, next time I go, I need to get around 4 tins for a few people. Every bite I put in my mouth of this was delcious. I cant wait to go back for more.
