Micheal has the worse attitude I have ever seen in customer service. I made a joke with him after he asked me and my sister if we needed help, referring to us as a couple. I proceeded to make an innocent joke saying we’re not a couple. Micheal then proceeded to make remarks asking me “ Do you know what the meaning of couple is ” In the most disrespectful manner. Incredibly rude person, I will not be purchasing anything from this location

I visited this store today and I cannot rave enough about the experience. The ladies that work there are very warm, friendly and very welcoming! I went in there to browse and made a purchase just because of the professionalism from the entire staff. They are on top of everything through the pandemic. They have a good process for everything that you touch. I was very impressed. Awesome staff...great personality throughout the pandemic. I applaud their level of professionalism. Highly recommend this location.

Both ladies working were so helpful and very pleasant. They both seemed genuinely happy to help me.

I believe the name of the woman that helped me was Barbara and she was so so helpful! I’d give 10 stars if I could that sweet lady deserves a raise!! So helpful and friendly.

All of the other employees were very nice and helpful. Michael, the blonde guy who checked me out, had an unnecessary attitude. He was nice and helpful to the lady in front of me and then flipped his tone when I walked up to check out.He also started to sign me up for a rewards account without even asking if I wanted one. (I already had an account but he messed up my phone number and never double checked.)Ask people for their consent before signing them up for a rewards account, and listen when a customer is giving you their information. Unnecessarily rude for no reason. Thankful for the other employees.

Someone gives this man a trophy!! I have never felt so welcomed in a store in my 40 years of living!! Michael immediate let me know about all the sales and handed me a basket!!! He was so helpful!!! I never felt like he was pushy and he did let me know about even more sales in the front. I felt like buying the whole store!! My daughter was with me and said if I ever own a business, I would beg him to work with me!! I even bragged to my husband that night about how awesome the guy at Yankee Candle is!!

I was able to catch a great sale. Stacy was VERY helpful and knowledgeable about all the products and even introduced me to new items they recently added. Great customer service is hard to find but Very pleasant shopping experience here--- everytime!

Need to work on more variety and lower cost. Much better candles then other stores. Great customer service.

We love this place . Especially the melts. It allows our house to smell good . Plus we find out you ask you can still get summer smells.

This is always a pleasant place to buy candles. They have a good selection and I find it hard to only pick one.
