7 months ago we brought a sofa recliner and a electric love seat recliner. You can feel the wood on the electric love seat recliner foot bar, not enough cushion. The left sofa recliner is broken already, upon looking into it further my husband saw installed in the reclining spring mechanics a plastic coupler attached to a metal spring which is terrible and unacceptable. We called several times the service department in 2019 and we Never heard back from them, called the beginning of this year still no response. Then Covid19 happened and they closed for a period of time and now they are open again, we called again no response to all our left messages. Finally went to the store we purchased the sofas from had the sales reps contact the service center via email. We received a phone call the next day, finally, telling us it cost 80.00 to send a tech to repair it with another plastic part. We are not happy with this Company. I feel bad it was my decision to buy from Lazy Boy. In my past experiences back in the early 90s and the early 2000s my family and I purchased Lazy Boy furniture. We never had any problems with the furniture they were built to last with all metal parts. Now the furniture is no better than Big Lots furniture, don’t waste your money, and check out the complaints on BBB, I wish I did before we made this purchased. We feel we wasted our money and may not even get 5 years out of this furniture. The quality is not the same like it was many years ago. Their customer service is terrible.

Great customer service! I was able to examine my chair and ottoman before the employees wrapped it and loaded it in our vehicle. Very clean warehouse and friendly employees.

I received my furniture in 2014 being told I have a LIFETIME MECHANICAL WARRANTY. This is FALSE. Ever since delivery I have tried to contact and left messages and never received phone calls back for a broken handle. Now 4 yrs later the foot rest is broken and an arm is loose as well. Was told it would be around $70 to come out then $80 an hr to fix it but, had I called in the first year it would have been free. They advertise a lifetime warranty when it is in fact only a 1 year warranty. Will NEVER buy la-z-boy again. This was the only reason we bought from la-z-boy. We could have bought the same furniture from big lots just a different name for $200 a piece instead of $1059.97 a piece. Will NEVER be fooled again.

Had sppken with repair team prior to going ro Buford. In and out in less than 30 mins. All were professional and informed. Should have my Lazboy repaired in just a few days.

Easy in and out, everyone was so kind and helpful. Only $80 labor charge to repair my 20 year old recliner!
