I came here with a pre approved 25k cash offer for a 2018 slingshot once I arrived I was told by mike the sales man that was no longer an option, so after some thought I decided to meet them half way on the sales managers new offer. Before handing over the money or filling out any paper work I asked for a test drive only to be denied the opportunity even after having full coverage insurance put on it so I asked if it was at least inspected mike said yes so I took his word for it and began the paper work later to realize the muffler was cracked, cut off sensor, and only being held on by A ZIP TIE. I got into contact with mike seeing if they could hep me considering to I just spent +25k cash for them to tell me buy a new muffler and we’ll install it. Save you’re money don’t trust these people go else were.

I just purchased a 2021 Slingshot SL from these guys. I had an excellent experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend them.

MOGIM is hands down the best in the area. Paul and his crew were outstanding! I I had a spill on my back and dreaded the lengthy and expensive repairs. The other dealer I bought my bike from was far from helpful. I called Paul and immediately the wheels were in motion. Roughly 2 weeks later I had my bike back. Thank you so much!

Best Indian dealership in Georgia. Definitely the only place that I will let work on my bike. Better prices, better mechanics and much more professional than the other dealer. I drive over an hour where I could drive thirty minutes to go to the other place. While I was there two people were getting their bikes fixed after they were messed up at the other place. Save yourself the time and trouble, even if you have to drive further. You will end up here anyway.They did a great job and at a great price. I highly recommend them.Update...7/3/20...on the way to drop off my bike for stage 2 cam installation my windshield motor went out. I dropped off my bike and picked it up a few days later. I didnt expect to have the windshield motor replaced in that short amount of time due to it being warranty work. I was surprised to find that they had already replaced the windshield motor. I cant say enough good things about the service at this dealership. They are very personable and really take care of their customers. Theyve earned a customer for life. Its well worth the drive for me.

Got a brand new Indian chief from them, they sold it with a half dead battery, also it took more than a month to get my tags. I’ve had the bike for three months and the battery had to be replaced plus i had to go to the dmv MYSELF to get my tags after paying for tag and title from this dealership. Terrible experience overall.

This is a bit long, but I feel I need to post it: I was having an issue with my 2018 Springfield bought just 9 months ago in Daytona. We had ridden the bike in mostly cold weather were looking forward to riding in not cold or freezing weather. Well it turned out I had a Chassis Fault light consistently appeared but not with any regularity. I had one of the other dealer check the situation out and was told that all was good and there were no codes. I picked the bike up and not 5 miles from the dealer got the same fault light again. I decided not to go back to that dealer and call around getting a hold of Mall of Georgia Indian who told me no service tech on duty on Sunday. I ask if they would take the bike in and the tech could trouble shoot the bike when they came in the next week. Long story short; Mall of Georgia Indian service Tech Clint (sp?) spent the time to trouble shoot and continue to trouble shoot the issue until it was corrected. We pick her up this past weekend (13 -14 Jul) and gave her a good shake down with no issues. This dealership and its people, Paul, Clint, Sarah to name a few are what old riders and new riders look for in a dealer, Ed the owner has put a good team together and from where I stand works to deliver an experience and build relationships with clients realizing they are what keeps a business going. IN coming back to buy more, referring new and old riders to try Indian and bringing their bikes to a service shop that works to find and fix issues and problems. They will be doing my next service prior to me taking my Springfield back to Florida in 2020. Thanks Ed, Paul, Clint and the team at Mall of Georgia Indian Motorcycle, we really appreciate you guys.

I went down to Mall of Georgia Indian Motorcycle to look at and test ride a 2019 Indian Roadmaster. After taking a test ride and speaking with my salesman Tom. I did indeed buy the Indian. I was treated fairly and was very pleased with the deal and what I got for my trade. I highly recommend to anyone in the market for an awesome motorcycle to go check out the inventory at Mall of Georgia Indian Motorcycle. Ask for Tom Carter and take a test ride. (This is one of the only Indian dealerships I could find that would). I need the bike delivered so it would stay a surprise for my husband. Ed, the owner graciously drove it to Augusta, GA for me.Honestly I was overall speechless at how Kevin and Ed went out of the way to help me. They really helped me pull this surprise off. I went into this dealership a couple weeks ago and my first impression is how beautiful the place is, its really something! I spent several hours there and I think the people are wonderful. I had several questions with the service technicians and they were happy to answer all of them and even offer some great suggestions. I spent a lot of time with Ed the owner and let me tell you he has a passion for Indian motorcycles that is rare to see and he bends over backwards to get you into a motorcyle you might want. Its a low key no pressure environment there and I cant recommend enough how if you are even thinking about motor cycles to stop by Mall of Georgia Indian Motorcycle.

I can not say enough great things about this dealership. The owner, Ed, is a great guy and really cares about the customer experience. The shop is in a great location, with easy access right next to the mall. They have plenty of floor space with a variety of bikes that you can sit on and get a feel for. The sales team is super knowledgeable, personable and low pressure. I contacted the shop through their website expressing interest in a bike and within 15 minutes I had a phone call from Kevin, who was ready to answer any questions that I had and help schedule my test ride. When I arrived at the shop for my test ride Kevin had the bikes ready and we headed out for an awesome ride. My only complaint was the ride wasnt longer. Greg in finance gave me an awesome deal for my trade-in and really worked with me to get my payments where I needed them. This is an all around amazing shop and worth the drive if youre coming from out of state like I had to do.

I was going from tag office and needed some help in replacing my tag... (since my car has special screws and I did not have any tools with me). So, the nearest place, where I could do it was this motorcycle dealer. After entering the showroom, told to the sales rep that I need help with my problem. He told me, that they can definitely help and advised to check with their tech in service. So, I went there and there was nobody there, except one guy... He was on his motorcycle about to leave... he told me that he is a service tech in this place. So, I asked him, if I can can borrow their octagon screwdriver, which he refused to give to me. And I understand that... then I asked him may be he can help me replacing my tag... and he told me straight no... so, I had to go mall of GA Toyota to do that, thank God they were much nicer than this place.Really? Any service or dealership will do it with no problem, it is 1 min to do that.Definitely coming back to ask for a book of complaints.Never buy anything from them!

Went here for a test ride. I am a Harley guy but I wanted to see what the Indian Motorcycle had to offer. Very friendly people here that make you feel right at home! And the guy I did my test ride with Mickey, this guy is cool as a cucumber! He and I carried on like old friends! I even let him take my bike out for a spin!

Awesome staff and very down to earth and knowledgeable about motorcycles and just an overall pleasant experience. I really had fun on a test drive with Michael and Duckie was very nice too. I’d definitely recommend this location to anyone wanting to purchase motorcycles or Slingshots. I had a blast on the Slingshot and Michael was a huge help in helping me to narrow down the type of Slingshot I’d like to purchase. I can’t drive a stick shift but I’m eager to test drive the automatic Slingshot and I know I’ll probably get the SLR LE model. The motorcycles are really nice too there is so many to choose from and the colors are bold and vibrant.

I recently changed my star. To 5. They agreed to change the brakes on my bike, but when I got there today the technician had an attitude with me. I dont care how many thousands the brakes was from new. I had about a 1/4 lever of frint brakes. They was scrubbing and cutting the rotors. He replaced them, now I have a full lever. Dont talk to me or belittle my intelligence. Ive been on bikes for 48 yrs. Im sure this can be deleted and thats ok. My word of mouth is enough for Bikers I know. I was considering buying my wife a slingshot feom here but not now. I will Never step foot in that store again and will let my Biker friends know.

Sales people were real friendly and knowledgeable on the bikes the have a real good selection of bikes and a nice small size trade in sections prices were real reasonable.

I would like to thank the the staff of Mall of Georgia Indian for all their help in the purchase of my new 2018 Chieftain Classic. Craig and Tom in sales were beyond helpful and patient with my purchase and trade in of my 2016 HD Road Glide. Kevin in the service department is extremely knowledgeable in explaining the differences between HD and my new Indian and will have no doubt that my new bike will be in good hands. The sales person I had was friendly enough. Everything was going fine. Then enters Craig. After refusing the dealer extended warranty and service plan he jacks the price of the bike to full MSRP. Which i was fine with paying. Then he tried to add almost 2000 in fees. Shipping, setup and my personal favorite the doc fee. Thats almost 1000 for Craig to fill out the paper work lol. I love Indian motorcycles I will be using another dealership.

Being a 54, partially paralyzed, new female rider, I needed a smaller bike with some upgrades to assist my paralysis! Harley treated me like I wasnt serious In Savannah, so I started looking at Indians! This particular dealership at the Mall of GA not only put what I needed on the bike, after Harley refused, they did everything they could to get the deal done!I highly recommend them and I love my bike!! Shes rides so smooth and fast..Thanks again for making it possible for me being paralized to ride...Im having so much fun!! The bike gives my legs back!

Called to have a tire ordered and put on my Victory Magnum. On my first two calls over two days I was asked to provide my contact info and was never called back. I spoke to somebody on my third call and was given information to contact another service center because they only support polaris and slingshot vehicles. 100% their words. Keep in mind, Ive already have my bike at the shop there. Also that Polaris made my damned bike. That should really speak to how polaris cares about its own products after theyve sold them to you. Heaven forbid I need something more than a tire. I was really planning on getting an Indian as my next bike, but if this is how they run their businesses, well Im not sure i can justify that. Nice work Mall of Georgia Indian.
