Just found this place today. Prefer their service and work over what I’ve experienced at the dealership. They use quality synthetic oil and are very reasonably priced. This is going to be our shop.

Went in today to have 4 new tires put on. In and out in a flash! We will try again for other car issues. Very nice people

Excellent Customer ServiceThere are many car places, tire places and shops in this area. But not all have the courtesy and professionalism that is required and needed in order to be successful in maintaining and growing their client base. Mid Valley has wonderful people who work there. They fixed a service teen belt on my carI was in Walmart parking lot my car caught on fire service teen belt broke I took it back there and they refuse to fix it cuz they said it was my cars fault because the alternator was bad they were supposed to check the alternator and all the surrounding parts to make sure it needed to be fixed what needed to be fixed and they did not say I was trying to get more money on me they refuse to fix my car unless I paid them for another service teen beltAnd the alternator they should have fixed my service team belt because I already paid for it to be done they did not do it I am calling the bitter beerCar Bureau on them.

Vern and the staff a professional and courteous. Wait time is usually very reasonableI have taken my cars to Vern for 10 years. I wont go anywhere else. If your looking for good car/tire care I totally recommend Mid Valley Auto.

This place has undocumented employees working on your cars. I’m all for hard workers but who’s really working on my cars,. are they really experienced and certified? I don’t trust this place after knowing this. Won’t go back.

They charged me $100 for a test and recommended repairs on parts that passed tests at another shop. Had i gone with their recommendations, Id be out $600 and my car still broken.

Very nice family own business i from California and was on vacation when I had a real bad overheating problem on my truck other auto shop wouldnt take me cuz I had my boat hookup to the truck the owner Vernon from mid valley auto took me n and my boat Found the problem and fix it. Called to see if they had a tire for my golf cart. They said they did. When I got there, I was the only person wearing a face mask (at least 4 other people in the place). This is a violation of the face mask order for Bull Head City. The tire I drove across town for was being put on another cart. Not only did they put my health at risk by violating mask requirements, they didnt bother calling me to say the tire was no longer available.

I would never go there ever again...They evacuate and recharge my AC system and only lasted two months after they told me everything was fine take it back to the beginning of the summer wasnt working properly they want to charge me $160 when the technician told me everything was fine and compressor coming on just needs a little bit of freon.being a single father with three kids I was hoping the manager would work with me and just let me pay the top off the freon that they said that that was all that was needed the manager also Brian was very rude to me on the telephone.... I dont recommend this place to anyone.

I got there just before 8am, and Vernon took great care of my Ford Escape. He was kind, efficient, and thorough! What a refreshing and wonderful experience. The world IS harsh enough, but Mid Valley Auto made the world better, for me, today. I highly recommend Mid Valley Auto Repair! My wait wasnt long, considering they got my part in quickly, as I waited. They have bathroom, TV, waiting area with air conditioning, smoking area outside. Very reasonable and made sure my car ran smoothly, before returning the keys. I thank them for their help, considering what a horrible week I had. God Bless all the people who work there! Took care of my tundra!! Great people

Had them replace ball joints uper and lower,inter, outer tie rods, and all 4 wheel bearings on my Toyota tundra. Did a good job for a reasonably good price. Very happy with the skilled craftsmenship.will recomend to friends.

I have been to Mid Valley for a number of years and wouldnt take it anywhere else. They always treat me right and they are honest about what has to be done. I have had my truck in there when the engine light came on. When they tested it, it showed two different things that it could have been. They said that they didnt think it was either one of them and to drive it and see if it came back on. I did and it didnt. They didnt even charge me for the test. I wont take it anywhere else.

Vern and his crew did a wonderful job fixing my truck when it died in August. Turned out it was only a fuel pump. The price was very reasonable. I would recommend this shop to anyone in the Bullhead City area.

I stopped here to see if I could borrow a wrench, while Im waiting the guy goes and removes the tow ball from my vehicle and put my new one on. He never ask or anything, he came back inside hands me the old ball I said oh, thanks what do I owe you? he says $20 bucks. All I wanted was to borrow the tool if he didnt want to loan me the tool that was fine but to just go ahead and do a 5 minute job and then charge me 20 bucks just shows what their character is... watch your wallet in this shop.

Got my oil changed there a couple of months back so I was surprised when my change oil light came on. I went to Walmart to get it changed and the tech there said it looked like my oil hadnt been changed in months and that my air filter needed replacing which was odd since I had paid to get it replaced during my previous visit to mid valley. It explains why my car still ran sluggish after my last visit to mid valley. So, if you go there I would recommend to stick around and actually see them doing the work that they say theyre gonna do. I wont be going back there.

Paid $500 for new spark plugs and oil change and wheel alignment last October. Within weeks my car was running by horribly only to find out that parts were not installed properly or installed at all!! Cost me $1000 to repair with another reputable mechanic and has been running perfectly ever since! Don’t take your car there!! They lie and don’t do the job correctly!!

Claimed I needed over $1200 worth of work. Went somewhere else and saw that the bushing that need replacing were fine as well as my tie rods. Wont go there again

These guys are awesome. My wife was traveling by herself in our F 550 when the coolant res started leaking and the A/C when out. Vernon and his guys got our bus in and fix in 24 hours. Thanks you guy for the hard work you did.

If you are ever visiting here from out of town on vacation and having car problems bring your car or truck here. Corky and his staff are very honest and trustworthy. We were in Laughlin on vacation and had some issues with my suburban and took it here. I highly recommend them to all people visiting or locals.!

Brought in c30 pickup truck for oul leak they replaced intake gasket truck leaked a little was told to drive it leak unknpwn to me got much worse and no oil in truck engine needed to be replaced . Did not put high performance heads back on new engine kept those for themselves . New engine 6500 new engine leaked they said it was steering box replaced that truck still leaked they replaced master cylinder truck still leaked they replaced wayer pump . Drove truck a day the new engine went out out . Called engine manufacture they said they would replace it . Took it to another shop in las vegas they installed my new engine and showed me on old engine for some reason they had taken the oil pan off because it was not the orignal gasket .Got ripped off for about 10,000 dollars at mid valley auto.Will always go to las vegas nv. For car service Bullhead business seems to be very corrupt from the builders to auto mechanics . There was a huge difference in the way the shop approached the problems on my vehicle.So impressed that i hired them to redo my interior redesign just about every inch of the truck . No one in Bullhead had a shop capable of doing what i wanted .Was the work at mid valley a waste no mid valley gave me an expensive education plus i found a really great bunch of guys at a shop in las vegas with a very well equipped garage and able to handle any project .
