Horrible. Has an appointment on Monday for new service and they never showed. I called on Tuesday and my appointment was rescheduled to Wednesday without being notified. Its Wednesday and still no service. Customer service was zero help and not apologetic whatsoever. Worst service and customer service ever.

Friendly service, always on time. The delivery rep works very hard in hot, desert weather in summer. Good products. Further to this earlier review: I commend Sparkletts delivery reps for their service to our community during this pandemic. Thank you, and stay safe.

I am on disability and live in 2nd floor apt. Unfortunately AZ. doesnt have water that you can drink out of the tap. So, people buy bottled water. Carrying a case of water upstairs was hard for me. So, I began looking into water delivery. And I settled on Sparkletts Water. I got the bottle under water cooler so I dont have to lift 5 gal bottles. After a bit of a rocky start, things have been going well.

Theyve missed a total of 6 deliveries. When you call Customer Service to try and understand whats going on they give you the run around and cant specifically tell you why your delivery was missed. In january I was suppose to have 3 water deleliveries and after they missed the first one i immediately called customer service and was told every day for a week straight that theyre sorry and its added to the following days delivery and was constantly reassured every day I called it would be delivere the next day. IT NEVER WAS FOR THE WHOLE MONTH ON JANUARY! when they finally made my delivery after 5 weeks of not I was told i couldnt have 3 because he only has 2 for me. I yet again called Customer Service and was told sorry and that he would be back I 5 days with more. I was never refunded or compensated. I went that one month with only one water delivery and they couldnt give me an explanation. Now its a new month and theyve missed my delivery twice. Ive asked for the route driver to contact me and let me know whats going on but Im still waiting on that call over a month later. Ive never experienced such deceiving service from a company and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. Customer service is ABSOLUTLY no help.
