Recently purchased a colt pistol here that was a gem and got a great deal on it aswell as ammunition. They have a larger variety and better then any place Ive been to in dfw. Went in a few days ago. I wanted to see if they had some 00 buck but they only had slugs. I told the gentleman I would take a box. He replied with there 20.00 for 5. Are you joking? That isn’t supply and demand that is straight up robbery!! 4 dollars a round!!! Funny y’all had a lot to say about Democrats in your store but you are worst than they are!!! Went in looking for a AK 47. Had none in stock. Been checking for about 2 weeks. No one had one. Jeff said he could have one in a few days. In about 3 days he had one. Buying experience was top notch. This place gets 5 stars. I will be shopping here in the near future.

You wont find better knowledge and customer service anywhere else. This place has everything! And if for some reason they dont have something your looking for they can get it and in a timely fashion. Nice store, nice guys. Very helpful. I bought a holster from them. Definitely a better holster than any of their competitors. As soon as I get my tax return I will be buying an American Classic Amigo 1911 from them. They dont carry this gun but they will order anything you want. There is always someone hating on prices or griping about something. Their prices are very fair and affordable but keep in mind, this is a pro shop. Its not Cabelas or academy so competing with big box retailers is tough. So before you bash this companys prices remember this, you get what you pay for and supporting local business is what its all about. Keep up the good work fellas. Ill be back soon. We stopped by to check on ammo and a specific pistol availability. The place is clean and neat. The guys were very helpful and pleasant. They showed what ammo they had available and made sure i got what i needed. They even have a hand sanitizer pump just inside the door for people to use upon entering or leaving. We will definately stop there again in the future.

Called in to check for a certain firearm availability and the guy that answered was very frank, short, and unfriendly. I wont be calling them back again and will tell others to not shop there as well.

Had a friend call looking for a specific firearm and he was hung up on. Said the guy was rude. I called myself another time asking about accessories and the guy on the phone sounded like being on the phone was the last thing he wanted to do. Very short, seemed put off to be on the phone. I wont visit that place now.

This was the 2nd time a buddy and I went to this gun store. After leaving this most recent time, I was reminded why we had only went once. I was looking to purchase another pistol, but all the employees were more focused on their conversation they were having at the back of the store. I was asked a couple times if I needed help or was looking for anything specific, but told the employee I was just looking a bit. Once I had an idea of the guns I wanted to get a feel for and informed the employee I would like to look at specific guns, he didnt seem like he wanted to help me much. He would show me the gun, I would hold and inspect it, talk to my buddy about it, give the gun to my buddy who would then make comments about the gun, then give it back to the employee. The employee would then put the gun away, and walk back to the back to rejoin his conversation.I would then ask to see another gun, and this process would repeat Show gun, put away, then walk back. After about 4 or 5 guns, I wrote down some prices in my phone and left. I ended up buying a gun at Off Duty Armory down the street for cheaper than it was a Chisholm Trail Firearms.The store is nice, but as far as the knowledge of the employees about the firearms, I really cant comment because he didnt really want to talk to us, or sell me a gun. I am in the customer service industry and would be ashamed if I gave customers that level of customer service. I will not be returning this store.

I purchased a shotgun from this company 7 years ago. It was a last minute gift for my wife. I called ahead to see if they had the Remington 870 Tactical in stock, they did and I was on my way. The store was 30 minutes away and I got stuck in major traffic. I called to tell them I was not going to make it before they closed. They told me to come on and they would stay open for me. I finally showed up 20 minutes after closing time and was greeted with a smile. The counter person was awesome (I believe he was the owner). Awesome service! Was super happy with the whole experience.

I recently went in to browse and was greeted warmly and treated nicely. They have a very good selection of new guns, but I saw two previously owned guns that caught my eye, a fair price was quoted, and I bought both. In all, a good shopping experience.

Went in today for a holster and they were so nice. Bought the wrong size and they exchanged it with no problems.

Visited this place several times. Both times we were treated with respect and they seemed genuinely interested in helping us out. My wife has never shot a gun so she took some convincing to walk in. On our second stop we were introduced to the Walther PK380. It is perfect for her. We were referred to several instructors and ranges. They took the time to show/tell her all about her pistol. They made it a very nice experience for someone who has no shooting experience like my wife. We will return.

Pretty cool dudes and cool stuff inside. The only reason its a 4 star and not 5 is because they are a little expensive.

Great experience and will visit again. I called ahead to see if they had a product i was interested in and they did. Drove to their location with my son and was greeted with respect, and got exactly what I wanted with no hiccups. Went in after driving by many times. I go to many gun stores online and in the DFW area. The owner was helpful and friendly. The prices are competitive with other brick and mortar stores. They had a wide selection of firearms AND accessories.

Any time I need something, this is my first place to check. The staff is extremely knowledgable and friendly. Large selection of guns, optics, and accesories. Always make you feel like you are the most important customer to come into the store. They stay busy but are great to work with and very honest.

They borderline price gouge here. This shop sold me an I.O AK in September 2016 for $799 when the MSRP is listed well under 600$ on the company website. Many places sell the same rifle for about $599. Had I known this prior I would have never shopped here. This store relies on people not price checking anything. Youd think a shopnwoth integrity wouldnt screw a first time buyer and want repeat business.

Way too expensive there markup is ridiculous. Very rude and short and poor customer service.

Went there to get night sights put on my glock. I paid way too much but they are right down the street so it was a matter of convenience. They sent it off and after 4 days Icalled the gunsmith and he told me it will be done tomorow and it took so long because he was having trouble getting the rear site off??? I gave them a second chance and the very next day I brought my wife gun there for sights also. When I told a differant guy what I wanted, he said oh we dont do that here and did not know anyone that could change sites. Never again.

Very informative on guns, but man is this place a rip off!! 500 $ for a canik 9mm when it retails at every other store for 330$. Will never go here again
