6.16.2020I purchased a Honda mower from Wayne on 6.15.2020 for my father in laws, fathers day present, from his five kids. I live in Nacogdoches, Texas and called ahead to check stock and make arrangements to purchase. Everything went as planned. Had to call Wayne a couple of times later in the day to asked a few questions and he was more that willing to give me the information that I needed. Im 63 years old and have been around the blocks more that a few times and I can tell a quality outfit when In see one, and this is one of those places.Thank you for all the help.Mike White

Went to look at zero turn mowers & blowers. Salesman was great! Knew all the answers, and no pressure. Told my husband why the blower he wanted wasnt the best for us, even though it was top of the line, & highest priced. We will definitely be repeat customers.

They have a limited line-up though and even more limited parts on-hand for repairs like all the small shops but they are staying alive. Give them a try, probably meet all your needs.

I took a echo weed eater in that was suppose to be under warranty to have it checked out and they said that it would check it out since it was under warranty but I had to pay $30.00 to do so . I have bought a lot of things with warranties and NEVER ever paid to have it checked out for warranty issues They said it would be 2 or 3 weeks before it would be checked out. I when back 3 weeks later and they said it hadnt been checked yet and that I needed to talk with Wayne. So I when back the next day and talked with Wayne and he told me it would be the next day or so . No problem. He called the same day and said it had bad gas in it and it needed a carburetor and tune up and it would be $116.00 I told him I would just come back the next day and pick it up and not to fix it . I when the next day and got it and took it by a guy that I know and he looked at it and said it needed some new gas and a plug . So I took it home and put the plug and gas in it and it runs like a new weed eater. So I can say I will be taking my business to other place.

I have been shopping here for maybe 2 years I havent bought anything big from them but they seem to have a desire to help that customers I am in the landscape business so I need people like them to preside provide that service thank you for being the company you are I wish the best for you give them a try.

I bought a $619.00 saw on January 17, 2017, it has not been able to get through one tank of fuel, without a shut down. It has been in the dealers repair shop 4 times, and now (couldnt get it to start, yesterday), it has to go back again. I told them that I dont want the saw, because of all the problems. They will not replace it, content to let me get screwed. The primary mission at Burleson Outdoor Power Equipment, is to get your money, there is no interest in holding up their side of the sale. Im convinced that I have bought a limon, which is not their fault, where they fall short is that they either wont or cant support what they sell. I simply want a quality saw, that can trim a few trees on Saturday. I dont want my money back, i just want them to step up and make it right. I have contacted Stihl for help. More to come.

Update:Do the math. The warranty is too costly. Had I used my warranty I would have 90.00+ into a 158.00 piece of equipment just to use the warranty.They wanted 30.00 just to take my unit in to look at it. What good is the warranty?Save your money, the extended warranty is a feel good deal that doesnt feel good when you need it.I fixed it myself with a 12 dollar carb. Clearly that special 30 00 per gallon of fuel that is required is not so special after all. It failed like any fuel can. And they want to charge for a fuel related repair. Too funny! . Save your money. I feel sick, I could have invested that 90.00 in a much better piece of equipment up front.You live and learn. I WONT BE BACK. A WARRANTY THAT FEELS LIKE A STIFF SHAFT IS A STIFF SHAFT. I can do better.I expected more out of Stihl. And Burleson outdoor.***Always professional, quick and very knowledgeable. Stihl products always 10.00 less than any other location. I get a 4 year warrenty, in and out in less than 10 minutes. Whats not to like?
