Ive been here two times, and both times the main staff lady has been rude and we were treated like an inconvenience. The date agreed upon for my items to be done, ( which was one month later for just embroidering on two towels) was not met. And instead of an apology she gave me excuses and attitude. I had to return later to pick up my embroidered towels which when finally done, were hastily and poorly made. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYBODY.

I needed to ship a large package with FedEx and they were very helpful and fast.

Dropped off a FedEx package and was treated like I was an inconvenience. I then asked for a recept and was told to take a picture. No other interaction at all, no thank you or anything. I walked out wondering if my package will ship at all.
