I have been taking my clients to All Natural Stone for 15 years to select tile and counter tops. First at their San Jose location and as soon as their Burlingame location opened, I switched to that showroom. Their staff are experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated to excellent customer service. They have literally everything which means we can select materials for all our projects there, regardless of style or price point. I could not run my business as an interior designer without All Natural Stone! I would highly recommend them.

Great selection of tiles and lovely showroom. A bit of a rocky customer service start, but Juan was able to resolve it, gave great guidance on issues my installer experienced. Dakota also saved the day on finding 1 tile we needed because my contractor cracked it. Thanks!!

Great selection of stone and tile. Staff were also really helpful and friendly. They let us bring a whole pushcart load of tiles next to the slab we liked so that we can mix and match!

The selection was nice but the customer service is pathetic. No one asked me if I needed help. Only when certain people came in. Really annoying. I go next door to Tez great selection but the best customer service. Another couple I was walking with over to Tez said same thing

I work with All Natural Stone and really am amazed by their great attention to customer service. They truly have a great reputation in the industry!

Lack of customer service. When told that anyone can help you to pay for your tile order, but you show up at the store, and find 1) no one acknowledges your existence and 2) no one even wants to help you, you question why you even come here to buy anything from them. All you see them do is 1) talk to each other as if the customer standing in front of you doesnt exist, 2) theyre hiding behind their computer screen and looking down at their personal phone. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN.

This should be everyones first stop looking for tile and stone. Great gallery, great staff and great selection!
