I hired JBR Granite to do my kitchen and bath counters. I chose a quartz pattern and drew up a sketch for them to quote. When they came out to do the actual measurements, their final price was very close to the estimate. There were no surprises and no last minute “mystery charges.” They arrived on the delivery day with 3 people and each one knew his job well. The kitchen counters are in, sinks set and they look great.Vidal is a skilled craftsman and his family is involved in the business. Daughter Elizabeth communicated with us at every step, including inviting us out to inspect the slabs before they started fabricating. If you want to hire a company that knows what they’re doing and appreciates your business, this is the one to hire. I’m thrilled with the job they did.

I saw a post in fb. I tried to get a quote from them but one of them, Emely Gonzalez ignored my request while Vidal Ramirez kept telling me to go to the show room in order to get a quote. Even though I have the blue print & know exact stone that I want. This is the worse customer service ever. Stay away!!!

Given a quote, which they would not value and consider. Rude service advised the first time they were lower priced than the rest and would price match. The first quote they gave was low, but they would give that saying it was on promotion. Asked if they could price match a quote because we were already at their place they refused. Save your time and shop elsewhere.
