A nice store friendly staff my god brother loves the store and its very close to his home. They have nice prices, and I always willing to help you find anything you need.

This store may be small but it is stuffed full of great wines and unique beers. Their prices are reasonable too

I will send an email regarding this review. The employee working at 11:25am today during this instance was extremely rude and condensending. I dont understand how you can go to work and talk to people that way. She had rudely talked down to me during this transaction stating that she had been working there for 3 years like its okay to use that tone with me because of it.Edit: I tried to contact your company via email but there is no way to report customer transactions privately.

Stopped in for a quick minute to pick something up for my roommate. They were very quick to say hello and offer me a sample of a new vodka. I quickly declined as Im rather pregnant but when I hopped up front to pay there was a younger gentleman ringing and an older gentleman on the phone. The man on the phone interrupted his phone call to urge the younger man to help me carry a large case of beer to the car. It was very very considerate and super polite. I really appreciate the offer to help these days as I am getting pretty large.Also, very competitive prices. But I will be back for the customer service alone.

Good prices a little better than Mgm but it is a smaller store mom and pop operation. They also deliver just call and place your order

Gross and dirty.

Called in for delivery and they said it would take 1-1 1/2 hours. Fine but then an hour and a half rolls around and nobody shows up so I called. Called a few times and my calls didn’t go through because “the person i was calling was busy” (an automated service). I finally get through and they said the driver had called and a man answered (I’m a female) and that the person had never ordered from there nor knew me. They repeated my number back to me and it was correct but I never got any calls. Now he’s “out doing other orders and doesn’t have my items with him”. So know he’s supposed to be calling me and has yet to do so. I’ve used crosstowns services before and it’s never been like this but today I am upset. They never called me of cans to my door. Small apology in the end but that’s it

We like our local store. The staff is always happy to be there. Delivery is prompt.

Grumpys is the best around!!! Been coming here for 20+ years! The owner is not Grumpy either, just a name my hubby gave years ago... ;)

They DELIVER. Would give 10 stars if I could for delivery status. Takes about an hour typically. Worth it.

Greatest liquor stor of all time! They will carry items out to your car without hesitation, and their sign out front has funny one liners on it!

Smaller family run liquor store. Friendly service that goes the extra mile. If they dont have it theyll get it, carry your liquor to your car, and they deliver as well. Been voted best in Burnsville consecutive years.

I have been there because it is on the way home . They have always been very friendly and helpful . I have always thought of this as the neighborhood or corner liquor store .

Very poor customer service for those of us that are handicapped. I had an incident last month where i asked for help getting my order brought out to my car, and i was told that i dont THINK we can do that... my last time i try to give them money.

They had very small selection. Most things were out of stock and prices were higher than the competition. The parking lot is also very steep to get into on one of the sides.

The owner, Scotty is awesome! The assistant managers, Jesse and Jamie are awesome too, as are the entire staff!
