I would not even give them a rating of 1 star. Rude and expensive. Go to the bookstore and get your reading without the harassment from their help. Low life sales people rudest people I ever talked to. Almost fraud . tried to charge me $339. for 2 magazines that I cancelled. Reported to BBB. Encourage other people to do the same.
I called to cancel the subscription of my brother who is mentally disabled and not very responsible for his actions. The customer service manager I spoke with, Kim, was very professional, courteous, and proactive. She requested proof of his disability so a letter from his psychiatrist was enough to cancel. I was impressed with the speed in which they acted. In my experience they are honest and straightforward and dealing with Kim was surprisingly pleasant.
I have done business with this company for years now. But as of today not anymore. One of their representatives called my phone and then became very disrespectful and threatened to make my life a living hell. His words. After he said that I asked to talk to a supervisor and he continued with the threats. Never been so angry or disrespected. After today I will never do business with them or refer them to anyone else. Now I see what others have been saying. Very unprofessional. Wish I didn’t have to give this company a star.

Somehow got into a contract with this company by trying out another one of their promotions which I cancelled. I was told I cannot cancel this magazine contract. Customer service representative named Tony very rude and non-committal. I let him know that I have never received the 2 magazines I am supposed to get monthly. He said he would have to call the publisher and has no idea when he will get back to me. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he said he was in charge.
Great for people who enjoy magazines, and you can exchange your titles at no cost.
These people are nasty, HORRIBLE customer service, pray on the weak and to cancel anything is difficult. Miss AJ is the worst, arguing with someone is nasty customer service!!!!!!
If I could give this company zero stars I would. They are the rudest and most hostile customer service I have ever had to deal with. They are taking advantage of elderly people and they will not cancel any subscription. Instead they add subscriptions and charge more. This company is committing fraud.
Don’t agree to this scam. You can’t get out of it. They are sending unwanted magazines to my family.
Nothing like changing your titles at anytime without paying extra, unlike other companies, and awesome service.
