Dr. Sara Lee and the staff at this Pearle Vision site are amazing. My eyes are a little unusual, with one much more nearsighted than the other. But Dr. Sara took the time to make sure that I had best contacts to meet my distance and near vision needs, and that I had the right contacts for the shape of my corneas. That is something that no eye doctor has ever discussed with me. Already, I could not be more pleased with the result. As a bonus the office staff were equally wonderful. In the past I just stared at the wall of frames until I saw the ones I hated the least. Or I just had new lenses put into my old frames. One of the associates helped me find the perfect pair of glasses in a matter of minutes, with my barely even describing what I wanted! Wish I could remember her name; she was great! Thank you all for a much better experience than I was expecting. :)

Worst customer service experience Ive ever had. The sales woman, Toni, was so disrespectful and rude. I made it extremely clear I did not want a contact exam and was charged for one just for Dr. Eason making sure the contacts I wore to the exam fit right. When I tried to ask why this happened she informed me that she helped me out by getting it done so I had the prescription. Only problem, I did NOT want this service, I was charged for it and never received the contract prescription they helped me with. After being a lifelong Pearle Vision customer, I will never return to the Burton, MI store.

Pleasant and Professional. Dr Lee prescribed some computer glasses that have really impressed, along with my usual prescription for reading. Didnt want to fork out for the high end frames, so frames are flimsy.

Ive been going here since I was in 7th grade. Couldnt ask for a better eye doctor, office, or office staff. Great selection of frames as well.

Love Dr. Lee, she found out what is wrong with my eyes in 20 minutes, when other doctors didnt even notice anything was wrong for 25 years. The service is very friendly and personal, feels more like home than an office.

Dr Lee talks with you and makes you feel comfortable while there. Office staff is friendly.
