Not very impressed by a $5 ice cream with a rotten banana. I know they had to see it. If youre out of bananas just say so. Better luck next time I guess.

We ordered a cake online for our daughters third birthday and the cake decorator/assistant manager went above and beyond. Our daughter loves horses and obviously choose a cake design that included 2 mini horses and fence. Unfortunately, they were unable to get the specific deco pack shown online and rather than forgo the decorations she spent the time to purchase locally three small horses to decorate the cake. The final product was a delicious and beautiful cake. You made our daughters day. Thank You!!!

This might be the best DQ Ive ever been to. The staff was SUPER friendly and efficient. Much shorter wait than I expected for how busy they were.

They got my order wrong. The man on the speaker said they had Buffalo bits so I got that turns out they dont so I got some Rotisserie chicken bits plain. No sauce or nothing and got mustard for my dipping sauce for my pretzel sticks I ordered no cheese but they did offer to remake meal witch was very nice.

I got through the drive through pretty quick. they are always busy. My only concern is that sometimes the line leaks out into the street. Maybe they should reconstruct their side parking lot so they dont have that problem.

Poor customer service....we were in line minutes before closing and they refused to serve us.....although the employees had time to fool around outside. Very sad.......will not recommend to anyone. Go to Culvers--better selection & fresh ingredients.

Love dairy queen. The wife and I will go on occasion and pick up a chicken sandwich with two large ice creams. Although the location and look of the place may change the icecream is still as you remembered it back in the day

You can go inside and order, better than sitting in the long line at the drive thru

When you go to DQ, you cant go wrong which is the reason you went there to begin with.

Good ice cream, fast experience. Went thru drive thru, person who took my orders were awesome and always seem to be. The girl at the window is a little stand offish and could smile once and a while.

I got a very good chilli dog and my wife got rotisserie chicken nuggets all very good and quick friendly service.

I love my DQ. Great Cony dog meal, chips, drink and cony dog XX onions and sitting under umbrella at a nice table and chair set. Always wonder where all the people are going when they drive by. Once in awhile see a vehicle I think WOW! I like that vehicle.

Staff handling food were not wearing masks today. Quite a few of them had the masks hanging off their face. I ended up throwing away my order due to potential exposure.I grew up going to this Dairy Queen and I loved it there, which is why I give it 3 stars, but sadly do not feel comfortable going back right now.

Good place. But dont show any urgency when lines are wrapped around the building all the way to the road. Only issue ive seen.

Always great service, great food and ice cream treats! Family favorite! Its closed for the season currently, but always a great place to stop when they are open for the season (March-Oct). We always order hot dogs/chili dogs, pretzel stick bites, and blizzards- always delicious and fast, friendly service!

Usually a 5 star but the past 2 times Ive got the royal cheese cake blizzard and this time only 1/3 of my large blizzard had the filling in it so very dissatisfied since its supposed to go all the way down and no chunks of cheese cake either and the time before felt jiped on the filling because it hardly went past the top.

Didnt get what I ordered. Luckily my husband was going to order what I got and changed his mind at the last minute and we ended up switching and he was happy with my mistake. When we traded I got something I normally order but it wasnt mixed very well. Not a great trip. I know everyone makes mistakes but this is not the first time this season

Very busy but drive thru moved smoothly. Service workers were very pleasant and helpful. The dessert was excellent and lives up to the DQ image. Great job DQ Cadillac we will be back!

Good ice cream, the problem is everyone knows this so there is usually a good sized line.

This little dq has survived while all others on this end of town moved on. This a testament to the quality of the place. Easy on off mitchell street. Lots of parking. Round tables with umbrellas to dine outside. Oh and that chicken bacon ranch minus lettuce and tomatoes is YUM!

Stopped while traveling hoping to grab some lunch. We we not aware that this location only has a couple lunch items. We also wanted to use the restroom. They only had a single person. Urinal out of order and no toilet paper.

My friends frozen hot chocolate was wayyyyy to sweet. You could feel the chocolate powder in your mouth when you drank it! But my Summer Berry Cheesecake was amazing.

I stopped in for a vanilla cone, but wasnt as good as Dairy Queen typically serves. It lacked the smooth creaminess and strong vanilla flavor that I love. It was on the gritty bland side. The staff was great on the other hand.

I just left the DQ...and I take my hat off to the crew that is working tonight. The young lady on register was awesome and very fast...place was packed and the crew working in there tonight did a phenominal job. Your mgr should be very very proud of each and every one of you...fantastic team working together and all so very friendly. GREAT Job...!!!!!

Slow and disorganized. Install a numbering system for orders or something. I understand most of your employees are high school kids but install a system that does the work for them so they cant mess up.EDIT: Now that Ive been standing here for 20 minutes waiting for a sandwich they now get one star.

They always have amazing blizzards. The summer flavors I have tried so far are amazing. I will be going back more times when I get the chance to. It is a pretty cheap ice cream shop.

Visiting from out of town. The staff here is amazing. Lots of customers but they served everyone quickly and they were very friendly in the process.

I gave two stars cuz I ordered a strawberry cheesecake blizzard. No strawberries, very little cheesecake. Vanilla ice cream was good!

Came through the drive thru just now and ask for a small guardians blizzard add hot fudge. The girl asked what to add and we repeated fudge, then asked what kind off blizzard, repeated guardians, then asked what size. I said exactly what I wanted In the beginning, had to repeat it back to her one by one, then the hot fudge wasnt even added.

Update: I have updated my review from a 1 star to a 3 star. Since posting my previous review below and posting the miserable looking Peanut Buster Parfait they have done a much better job of making them correctly. They are still way overpriced for what you get but at least they are now more careful about portions.Overpriced. Runs out of ingredients for their monthly special. The picture I posted shows a Peanut Buster Parfait I received. That masterpiece cost $4. So not worth it.

They dont serve snickers in their blizzards anymore. It being the most popular candy bar I dont understand. I wont go there anymore
