Iv had 2 puff bars that are 100% fake from here and its my fault for going back and giving another chance to be disappointed again, not only does it barly work but its NOT a genuine puff bar. My second issue with this place was buying a dab stick that is a dentist tool... Come on . Dont waste your time or money here people

Very over priced there is a liquor store around the corner sells the exact same cans of butane for literally 1/2 the price. Literally $3 instead of $6 and change

Okay service. Will get you to buy any and everything. Will say plenty of celebrities have been to their hole in the wall.Tell you you can return unused items, but dont tell you that its only for credit. Will sit there and waste your time as you wait for your store credit. Waiting for you to buy something else.Nothing states no returns, etc. but a small piece of paper hidden behind a bunch of signs.Dont waste your time or money. Go to a reputable place where people know how to run a business.Wait. Ha. Im taking away a star bc they obviously wrote their own reviews below w the lady gaga drake and future spiel. Everything in that review is what theyll tell you.Oh and their snacks are old and stale. Again, dont waste your time or money with these hacks.

Not sure what the local guide and couple others down there experienced, but its nowhere near the experience Ive had when I go there. These guys are $5 cheaper on the stuff I buy than anyone else. Super friendly dudes (Arif & Jon) and super wide selection.

Tobacco Royale is the nicest smoke shop Ive ever entered. They have everything smoking related. Vapes, glass, cigars, and all kinds of new products Ive never seen before. The owner is really nice, but hes only there Fridays. Otherwise, the other employee is nice too. If you live in the Calabasas, Agoura Hills or Woodland Hills area, Tobacco Royale is a must stop.Fun fact, I ran into Lady Gaga there. Drake and Future have been in the shop as well! Crazy!!

I visited Tobacco Royale and dealt with Shabeer. His customer service was amazing and the store was fully stocked with high end glass and vape juice. This is the only legit smoke shop in the area. Honestly, Im surprised theres even one in Calabasas with how strict the city is. We are lucky without a doubt!

I drove all the way from Malibu when I found this spot on Paxs website cause I was buying a Pax3The younger guy there showed me different vaporizers and told me the differences between them. He was awesome enough to not only sell me the Pax 3, but also showed me how to use it. He could have easily just said press this and smoke there..yap yap.. but he didnt, instead he took his time and made sure I knew a lot before I left.I definitely see myself heading back there for some other vape products.
