If I could give a 10 star review I would. I went into the store to add my boyfriend to the account and Nicole was warm and welcoming right off the bat. As we started the process it was evident that she was very knowledgeable and extremely informative. She went above and beyond even when my boyfriend couldnt access his accounts. She made me feel like wed known each other for a long time. I highly recommend Nicole, not just Verizon.

Ryan k was fantastic today! I had dropped my phone in water n was already cracked so I came into do a insurance claim on my iPhone 11 he seen we was paying to much . Prices for services are very high. Secondly, watch out for erroneous information provided. The offers on their website is totally different from what the store will offer you. They always claims they dont know anything about their website offers. They can not be trusted.

Absolutely biggest waste of my time. The sales rep had zero clue what he was doing and instead of consulting some of the other more knowledgeable sales reps, he just doubled down and insisted he was correct. We called Verizon corporate customer service in the car and were told he was incorrect. Completely unprofessional.

I drove to the Calhoun location for better service because the Rome location is terrible. I talked to a rep named Fili over the phone explaining my situation. He waited on me when I arrived. I was satisfied with his knowledge and his business. I purchased the Google Pixel 5, and he was able to transfer my backup apps, messages, photos, etc. to my new phone without any hassle. He got me squared away with the additional accessories needed too. Im already loving my new phone. Thanks Fili for the business.

Very poor service, we ordered an iPad through this location, we were told that the smaller size (256g) we wanted was out of stock and it would take “over 2 months to be back in stock. Due to needing one for business matters, we decided to upgrade to the 512gb iPad after we were told that “there are plenty in stock and we will get it in store in two days from the warehouse.”Well two days later and only reason we were told was “it must have missed the ups shipment today, it will DEFINITELY be in tomorrow on the morning truck.”. On the third day I called in at 12 expecting that the “morning” truck un loaded its truck load shipment to the store and that they had plenty of time to sort through it. I was wrong. Still no iPad. When I asked for a tracking number for ups to get an update from them about the estimate of delivery. They magically had no tracking or shipping information, yet they had a confirmation that it was shipped... skepticism aside after trying to talk to another associate to help me understand, to no avail, I became frustrated and decided to try again tomorrow that it was not worth getting upset over..On the fourth day we got a notification that the iPad was now out of stock and we had to wait 4weeks (keep in mind we got the bigger iPad to get it quicker so we didn’t miss out on business opportunities) after calling the store back and asking for an explanation. The very same sales person who up sold us and gave us his word that they had them in stock. Told us that it took 4 business days for their inventory system to update, that they had no control over their warehouse. And if I wanted the iPad I would just have to wait like everyone else who has to wait.Officially upset ask to talk to the manager and explain where I felt was mis lead or misinformed. All he had to say was “It’s not his guys fault, they can’t predict the sales needs, and that there were NO IPADS IN ANY STORE IN A 100 mile radius of his store. But if I wanted one that I could drive there and get it myself”Magically i just called corporate Verizon and within 10 minutes they were able to resolve the issue and order an iPad and got it started in the shipping process and provided me with the shipping information needed... in the end I would have to say. If I was told accurate information from the start I wouldn’t have such a bad experience, I would have worked with them to a resolution.Verizon corporate -very professionalThis location- not so much.

Came here at 6:30 on 12/23/2020 . Two workers and I was the third customer. Waited 3 hours and finally was helped only for a 10 minute return . The lady working was too busy flirting with the other customer to do her job .

Im very happy with my experience here. No one tried to talk me into anything. I came in with a bricked phone and I was given a few options and told about some deals currently going on. No pressure at all. I chose a new phone pretty quickly and they worked efficiently to get me going on my way. Three days later I returned the case I purchased because I just didnt like the feel of it (too slippery), and it was returned with ease and in less than 5 minutes. Ill definitely be doing business here from now on.

George helped me get a new phone and transfer one today. I was a little apprehensive because I have been pressured before at cell phone stores. George was knowledgeable and very nice. He helped me decide which phone I needed - not which one he wanted to sell. He transferred our data and set us up with no problem. It was a pleasant transaction and I will return to this store in the future. Customer service is very important in this economy and George is very good at it.

So the salesman that sold me the plan (witness is available) had told me my plan was 88.84 a month, my bill is 98.00. I asked if that was in term for the contract he said yes. Then he told me a soft hit on my credit would be made and come right off, it did not, he told me a 200.00 gift card would be mailed out in two weeks for switching, waiting 3 months. I can not wait for this contract to be over, I will be switching back to metro. I also filled a complaint with Verizon, the BBB, the FTC and my creditors, along with consumer affairs. My falt for trusting a salesmans word. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Read your contracts in full.

I want to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to Melissa she helped me with a difficult, phone problem. She spent about 40 minutes getting it fixed all the while smiling and being pleasant. I had my grandson whos 20 months old and he was getting antsy, wonderful Melissa pulled out colored paper and nice crayons. For him to use to keep him occupied so he wouldnt be so antsy, again I am very pleased with the way she got my phone fixed.
