My boyfriend & I came in around 6:30 & they close at 8. We were determined to get new phones & with our busy schedules it was the only time we could. Thank goodness we did too because we got the absolute best service from Chris. So many little things that made our phone buying experience PHENOMENAL. We came in, there were 4 people ahead of us. Everybody there was busy. Watching all of the representatives interact with the customers was beautiful. We were greeted & thanked for our patience by all of them. None of the customers were rushed out the door to help the next guest but they still provided speedy & detailed service for each. Little did we realize, when Chris got to us finally, he was supposed to be gone from work hours ago. He stayed until close to help out his company. That speaks volume about T-Mobile to me. We got two new phones & got a deal on both of them. I didn’t get the phone I planned on getting because he offered a huge promotion on another one & I was cool with it. It was impressive to me that he noticed my boyfriend is hearing impaired BECAUSE he tried to talk him into an iPhone but realized he wanted the 1+8T because the hearing aids he has would pair with this phone. I can’t stress enough how grateful I am for Chris & T-Mobile in general. Great job everybody! Keep up your awesome attitudes! I’ve been with T-Mobile for 5+ years & will standby them for more to come.

This store is a real peice of work. I went in to return a modem cause I did not want service with them. After I refused to wear a mask both store employees on duty refused to serve me. I left the modem with them which they refused to take and walked out. Now they will not return the modem to the corporate store because I refuse to come back to the store. I will never do business here again and I do not recommend anyone else to either.

Wow - these guys exceeded my already high expectations. They went out of their way to make our phone buying experience exceptional. Everyone at this store was friendly and helpful. Shout out to Sara and Basail who went out of their way to get us set up. Everyone treated us like family.

My boyfriend and I recently visited this location to check out the Samsung Galaxy S20. We ended up purchasing two new phones due to the exceptional deals but even more so the great customer service. I highly recommend Sara if you visit this location. Shes wonderful to work with and helped us every step of the way!

I tend to visit Stores with strange requests. Always armed with any information to make my point. Ive rarely seen a group so excited to learn something new. These folks are energetic, open to new challenges and understand how to solve problems.

Had a great experience at this store! Walked in with no clue what I needed and found Kay! She was very helpful and super knowledgeable. She got me set up and switched over from my old carrier who overcharged me and treated me poorly when I tried to get help. Thank you guys for treating me great and explaining everything I needed to understand! I highly recommend this location.

The store is brand new and looks great, All the staff are super friendly aswell! Sara helped us out and took great care of all our needs. We will definitely come back to this location when it’s time to upgrade! Thank you

Chris was super helpful in setting up and switching over mine and my family’s plan. I thought it would be much more difficult and expensive than it ended up being, I couldn’t be more pleased with both customer service and phone service. Haven’t had a single call drop, nor any area where my phone/data wasn’t working as well. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful staff, clean store and just an overall fun and friendly environment.This is the corporate location for Panama City and the staff makes the tiny bit longer drive into callaway worth it.Couldn’t have been happier with the service.

My mother and I went into the store, their was a lady helping a customer and she told us to wait for a second that someone else was there to help us. Whoever it was never came from the back.. we waited 15mins and the other lady never came to make sure were ok.. I dont care if your looking for something in the back or not, you have paying customers in your store you need to have your full attention on them. Very disappointed in the service we received today!! I would not recommend this store to anyone.
