I usually don’t do reviews but I feel it helps others when shopping/searching. Anywho, I was recommended to come in by someone, and also after reading reviews. Carl is a great salesman and took his time to work with me. Although sales pitch are very cliche and routine-like, I must say he still went out his way to help me get to a resolution. After the first bed not working out, today I received my Beautyrest Hybrid-Firm although being skeptical about an outlet bed. Although it is an outlet bed, it seems very new and presentable. Today is only the first day but I’ll be back if there is anything further to share about my experience! All in all, I would recommend this location and refer you to work with either Carl preferably and or Levoria. They’re both kind and caring. Good looking Carl ! Thanks

Me and my husband walked into the location in Calumet City earlier this afternoon, and were immediately treated and helped by Carl C. (5 star service). We both sit down most of the day for work. We have been laying on an old mattress and dealing with severe back pain, sporadic insomnia, and general difficulty going and staying asleep. Cut back to us FINALLY deciding to upgrade. We were taken care of wonderfully. Carl listened to our concerns, asked questions to help find a good fit, let us take our time trying things, thoroughly answered my many questions, guided us through what to look for as we were trying the mattresses. We walked out feeling good about our purchase, and excited to get some better rest on our new Tempurpedic mattress which will be delivered on Tuesday (wont He do it... I can almost taste the relief). Carl was awesome, and I would absolutely recommend this Mattress firm location, and this sales associate. Side note, they have black Friday sales going on now, so go forth and save (money and your back). Happy shopping my friends!

Small show room but plenty of inventory. The regular price deals arent great but their warehouse a nd clearance deals are pretty good. Can you find the same mattress some where else for cheaper maybe but highly unlikely. The people and the experience are worth it over all.

Jermaine was very knowledgeable on the type of mattresses displayed and made keen recommendations based on sleeping preferences. I’m so happy we met him because we were in need of a new mattress. He assisted us with getting financing for our entire purchase of a mattress, adjustable base, pillows and sheets.
